Never had such problems on Proximus, it's maybe a software fault or a bad coverage wich I doubt because you live in Brussels so you have the dualband network. Well this is afaik for Proximus, for Base and Mobistar I really don't know how it works with them.

You can allways bring your phone for a software update at Abelsco (takes only 30 minutes) if you have the time.

Good luck

invallid mobile messages. wow now thats strange.
i've had all the networks and i'm now using mobi on T630 and base imode on P800 (proximus to expencive for me).
and in all the years i've been a telecom freak i've never heard of this. it could be that somebody send something strange to your phone, or just a network problem.
how many times does it happen?
and does it happen when your card is in another phone?
do you have all the correct settings?

It is strange and quite annoying, as it mainly happens when driving or in the train. I know at least one spot in Brussels where I am sure it happens each time I pass by. It happens randomly, sometimes 2-3 times in a week, and then nothing for two weeks.
And what's more, I never have the message when in the US or Canada or France or even at the Reunion Island. Only in Belgium (Proximus) it seems.
It happens more frequently when the signal is weak, but it also happen under 5 bars conditions.
When it happens, I simply switch off the phone and then on again and everything is back to normal... till next time.
I'll have a try at upgrading the fw, and then switch for a new sim. Who knows!
PS: I had the same problem with my previous T39m.

French, but Flemish ain't a big problem. My daughter lives in Brugge and married a guy there (well, close... Wingene). They own a bread and pastry shop and a tea saloon in Brugge.

Belcompany will be the first to sell the K700i in belgium, i can't tell the date and don't know the price.
most belgians here went away, not because its a bad forum (not at all) but there is vergelijking the biggest growing flemish forum.
jim is still here, i myself post from time to time.
but all the other ones are somewhere else or bussy.
like jumper he's bussy at work and for usep.be like me (feel free to cheakout).

for the french speaking ones that want to be up to date on everybrand i advise them belgiqe mobile (or something like that)
and for the flemish ones vergelijking.
but easto is DA place for the best brand
