Anyone got their P900's from Onestopphoneshop yet? |

Well, i hope i dont get the same probs as you guys with osps, i'm waiting on 3 of the things!
We got a damn good deal from them, signed up my company on a Yourplan 700 shared, with 3 additional handsets and got 1 x P900 free and another 2xP900's for 249.99 each, so in other words 3 for less than the price of 1 sim free. We also got a nokia as the 4th with its line rental free for 12mths, damn good deal too.
Lets just hope they can actually get us the things now, finalised order on Tuesday, its now Friday and they havnt been able to confirm when stock will be in, although i see my card has already been charged.....
Hopefully they'll show early next week, but as we are saving so much i dont think we can really complain too much...

@ariddell, I hope they don't muck you about as much as they have with other people on this board (me included). Good prices are no excuse for a poor service IMHO
.. I phoned up carphone warehouse and got a p900 ordered tonight which should be with me on Tuesday (just missed the cut-off this evening for sat/mon delivery). £79.99 on Your plan 400 can't be bad(he did mention a 6 month restriction on tariff downgrade but i ignored it as it has already been confirmed by pachy that it is actually only 3 months) |

Okay, well i have just been told they will have them this afternoon and they will be sent out at latest tomorrow morning.
Not going to be holding my breath though......
Not happy that the credit card number i gave them "So that we can charge 1p to the card to perform an address check for security purposes." ended up getting charged the full amount for our handsets without me giving authorisation, and pretty sure that my credit card company wont be too happy about it either.

@ariddell, Don't stand for it, thats fraud, they are lying to you (Everyone) on a regular basis, taking your money without authority is theft.
Your card should not be charged untill they dispatch the goods, if they stop trading they have your money, why would anyone still deal with a company when it is so obvious that they are crooks.

you said CPW did a P900 on YP400 for £79, well,i'm going to get them to refund me £20 on each phone but they refuse to accept they sold it for £79 to anyone unless i can show them which CPW saleman it was who did the sale, so can you PM me the contact name from your reciept (top right) & also the transaction reference or order number, thanks mate.

I called onestop now, and guess what? they told me that it will be about one to two weeks before they will get them in stock, I am not joking you can call and ask.

Placed my order on 13/11. Went on holiday. Discovered bank account debited for phone. Came back. No phone: Aaargh.
What if I was stranded in the highlands with no credit on my card? I'd have sued OSPS for fraud. Complete bastids for debiting my account without advice.
I called them this morning, only to hear the delivery time has VERY SUPRISINGLY been extended again - from Tuesday latest to Thursday. I've just called again and he says DEFINITELY this week. I said, "Definitely?", unenthusiastically.
Him: Definitely.
Me: How can I get a guarantee of this?
Him: We can't guarantee it - things go wrong - you'll just have to trust us on this one. [fake laugh]
Me: I'll have a go.
Him: OK....yep.....thanks mate......bye

I think they dont know what they are doing, whan I spoke to the advisor this evening he told me that thier manager sent an email to them saying that P900 will be available between 1 to 2 weeks, I told him why the sudden change and he just dropped the phone. I think am going to buy one from orange tomorrow, am tired of this Cat and Mouse deal.

I have been waiting since 11th November and decided to tell them I wasn't interested any longer. I phoned my local Carphonewarehouse on Saturday and they did me a deal - 99.99 for the P900 on the Orange OVP O2 400 tarif. Since they usually don't pricematch where the competitior does not have the phone in stock I was happy. 30 quid dearer than OSPS, but at least CPW had the phone. I walked in Saturday afternoon and 10 minutes later walked out with the P900. And very nice it is too!! |

Okay, well i have just spoken to my ever friendly sales guy at OSPS, who has assured me that it wont be a 2-3week wait, that surprise surprise they are execting them in this afternoon or tomorrow (hmmm where have i heard that before).
Anyway he is going to confirm with one of the directors later today and give me a shout back (whats the bet i will end up having to phone him), so if the delay is going to be anything over a couple of days (and i will require confirmation of delivery date in writing from them), then i will be either having them refund the cost to my card untill they have the phones in stock or if they wont do that i will be logging it as a fraudulant transaction with my credit card company.
I normally wouldnt mind hanging off for a while to get the phones as we are saving quite a bit of cash with these guys, but the fact they have charged me already is just not on.

got my phone last month to be precise 24th october
from china, for US$739 Unlocked....

@bianz, Its not "hard to get them in UK" i have bought a few P900's in UK going back to early November, they work out at around $600, its just that these guys on this thread have been trying to save money & had there money stolen from there credit cards, why they havn't gone to the Police i have no idea, i would have been round for a "Personal visit" if someone had taken money from my card without permision long ago.
Also if buying on Orange, OSPS make you stay on a higher tariff for 1 month longer than CPW so if your downgrading as soon as you can, the two companies prices are in fact the SAME over the year on YP400.
