Depends who you ask.
It's been released in a few stores in my city in Sweden and in Sony Center in Berlin where I was earlier today. |

Must say Yari looks awfuly dull compared to the C905 and W995. It looks like a random mid to low end.
Only the achromatic black looks dull. Cranberry white is absolutely bootylicious

Nice, it should stir up the mid-low end market quite well... Loving the wifi and 5mp on this baby
That Cranberry white is a bit feminine though

Hey!! I have noticed a REALLY strange thing.... Look carefull at the keypad of both Yari and Aino and you'll find a surprise!! They have changed the last row layout moving the space bar to the center, the "+" to the left and the "a/A" to the right... Is there some new accord to unify the layouts or SE just decided to become more Nokia-ish??
That's bull****
I like the old input method.

heh, i own now my Yari.
i heard, in future firmwares there are CID 80/81 (like in SE Elm), so that means no support for Far 2.0 + SEPF 2 plugin into file system.
now i have CID53 + R7BA084 and all fine. don"t wont more update my SW.
do you heard about it? |

Nopes... hvnt heard abt it so far..
p.s. Do u feel the keypad uncomfortable for texting? As some people saying it has very small keys that makes it hard to type an sms.. Is that true?

Have one too Though it's a prototype and it's friggin buggy
I like the design though, can't commend on the keypad as my proto has another layout than the retail unit. Imo the phone is higly underrated and for the price you pay for it (€180 in my country) it's pretty advanced and nice. Pity the gesture games are such a big gimmick, though

this phone was renamed Kita here in the Philippines... Maybe because of the Tagalog definition of Yari...
The two keys above the screen reminds me of the K800 and N81. While its apperance and motion games reminds me of LG Lollipop. Since Yari and Lollipop only has Java, I wonder if all motion games designed for Lollipop will work on Yari, and vice versa?

Got it today
So far i think its a decent phone and very good build quality in this price range.
I dont agree with people who say its keypad is very uncomfortable.. They might have very fat fingers(thumbs)
The two(left & right) soft keys size & position could have been better..
Alphanumeric Keypad is okey.. Only a bit strange design.. And it will take some time to get used to..
