@gtr33 and anakunda: the only R3EA037 fs and main out there are for w760.

well, as i managed to get my c702 upgraded to the latest, now i cant install opera mini. i download it from the Opera Mini site and then when it tries to install it gives me an error: "Failed to connect to the internet"

how come it fails if i have access to internet!?

@tranced: Well it happened to me a lot when I was with R3DA029. Only solution seems to retry downloading in a few minutes or restarting and taking out the battery first.

Another possible solution: Try rechecking the application's Internet settings; turn Allow local connection off.

So the date settings can actually mess up a download process? That's a bit off tranced... lol

well, the problem are the certificates. if the date is wrong at your celphone, the certificate wont allow to use that app. i cant explain it better, but i know what i mean

I think I get it. Have you tried setting the Compo theme now? I find it an easy way to see if a firmware's speed has improved

Hello my fellows. I'm testing the multitasking of my phone. Seems that it's not so slow when typing and listening to music. I also have 2 apps running in the background.

That's good to hear... Does the interface still hiccup on heavy animated themes?

Oh, i didn't test the compo theme. Will do now.

Btw, the gps is not working. Should i blame the weather?

EDIT

the phone runs fine. Not as it should because of the compo theme, media player, accuweathe and facewarp.

Yeah, but the seasons apply almost everywhere. See my last post. There are the results of the test.
