indeed, bt gp solutions are way better then the built in ones ( have to admit, these are the first tries to put gps in a fone, so no wonder ) so imo n95, n82 etc gps are ok for an average usage

Yes and if you wanted a better cam you could carry a digital camera around with you. If you wanted better music you could carry around a seperate mp3 player. The point is, its built IN to the N82. lol |

according the fact, that a symbian os fones offer u more features ( apps etc ) then a simple java fone, the n82. but i have to admit, that se fones have better cams ( imo ) but its a bit pointless for me to take a fone just because of the cam feature, cos next to it, k850 doesnt offer more, then some lately launched se models. so its really up to the owner, what and why to take...

@boba - I quite AGREE with the ISSUE that has BETTER camera compared to Nokia . . . however, there has been some issue when it comes to THEIR - 5 MP camfones Nokia is releasing GOOD - 5 MP camfone at the moment . . .

In the past SE had held the top of the game prize for best cam phones but tey lost out to the N95 and the N82 was just the final nail in the coffin. It also didnt help releasing it so late considering it was apparantly in network testing last Jan. |

Yeah so true with the N95. Before SE would wipe the floor in terms of pics but now majority of reviews said the k850 was a bit of a let down in terms of pics. Many even placed the G600 ahead of it. |

this thread will go on forever...but, i still think k850 take better indoor, flash & low light pictures then N82......
ive also seen so many amazing outdoor (k850)pictures with good sharpness and saturation, (from ex, Gerban, darkmagician, brewcaster, myself, etc)..that im so convinced that k850 have the power to take great pics..
when i said that k850 manage low light(ex, cloudy weather) better then N82..i meant this:
http://img503.imageshack.us/img503/5079/dsc07736vs0.jpg
(ive seen many low light pics with N82 on Flickr.com, and they have not the same sharpness)
anyway....some people have got k850 with major problems...thats not cool, but i think that if you get a k850 who works like it should, you have a awesome phone with good camera, music player, etc, etc.....
for all people who is worried about photo shop...here is your exif data...he he

SE may have lost in camera war last year, but who knows? maybe that could bring them back into life and offer us powerful cam modules for the next K-series cybershots at least SE has been redeemed

i had/have both phones,,(had N82 for 3 days)...the ONLY feature i miss with N82 is the wlan...the hardware was good, but NOT wooaahh, what a phone.
i easily choose k850.........N82 D-pad and ugly design destroyed the whole feeling...sorry Nokia, your N-serie(except for N81) looks like shit..realy !

its a matter of taste. i rather prefer "shit" design with more features, then a fone with "no shit" design but less features. next to it, there are plenty of variations in the n and e series if sy wanna go for the symbian os and the cam is not that important.
