That's how it works. And unless you force the davinci client to keep your old cda - you will have a CDA 74 phone afterwards. So SEUS will provide you CDA 74 firmware versions in the future. But I don't know if they currently offer the hong kong version...

Those of you that have changed CDA, are there any risks involved in the operation with Davinci?

Of course there are. If something wents wrong - your phone could be flashed dead - this would be the worst case. You may also lose warranty.

But - the Davinci Client manages to repair phones flashed to death by seus (if the flashing process gets interrupted for example). It's way more foolproof than Seus. So chances for your phone to survive are good - but risks are involved.

ANY HELP?

Uninstall flash player and update service

Remove all temporary internet files and cache from Internet Explorer

Install it again, using Internet Explorer (important)

There you go!

@Bash2cool, Make sure you have uninstalled any old versions of Flash. visit a trigger site with Internet Explorer (Will not work with any other browser!) such as www.sonyericsson.com/support, this will cause you to download Flash Player from Adobe, and should give you v9.

@dominique
As far as I know, CDA74 (Hong Kong) is still waiting for R6E30.

what driver?

Use your P1i on SEUS first so the SE drivers get installed.
