It actually downloads the pages just fine (both from RSS reader and messaging) but downloads them in the background - in a second tab/page. For some unfathomable reason a blank page or home page gets opened "over" it. Just tap on the leftmost tab.

I think this "new" firmware is around for 2-3 weeks. False alarm? |

Don't know if this is the right place, but i just go my m600i, i charged it up and got it ready for upgradring the firmware.
I followed the steps, it detected my phone, and started flashing it (Generic world2) all the bars are green now and it's been standing at that point for 20 or 30 minutes now.
Ok after crashing the updater with ctrl+alt+del i reinserted battery and the sim-card to check if it still worked. To my surprise it did, and it actually updated the software as well.
Very weird.

Hi all,
as there doesn't appear to have been any new updates for a couple of weeks and am now considering getting a M600i does this mean it is reasonably stable?

@Dogmann,
The firmware is reasonably stable on my phone, most bugs have been ironed out with the result that my phone hangs only on occasion. |

got my m600 yesterday and its running the R1B01 fw.
the truth is that i#ve been playng around with it non stop and there doesn't seem to be any problems apart from how long the web browser takes to load up.
reading this thread it seems that there are a few bugs that i can expect after the update? does anybody regret upgrading now that the new fw has been out for a while? i'm particularly intrested in the problems some of you are getting with the "V" menu and the inability to play flash files. |

I don't recall seeing that phone version before, is there a new update on SEUS possibly?
EDIT: Just tried an update, no newer firmware yet.
