it's not there fault but thy have left it to long to lower there GPRS this is why im complaining to see what they say, knowbody else has bothered and if you had a bill of £60 this month half of that DATA im sure you would be complaining to.
Ok my Phone has 2 Web Browsers one GPRS and the other Internet when I thought I was connected using Wi-Fi somehow it's been dialing up 02 GPRS on the 02 Proper www.02.co.uk site ad which really annoys me is that ive only been on the 02 Homesite a couple of times bringing my bill to this much!
thanks for clearing the 07744 / 55 out I wouldn't of been happy if it had applied to 07740 /59 cos I use those prefixes for friends and family

@miss uk
No problems for the mobile numbers.
I dont think you will get any where with the o2 gprs charges. but you never know. But yes I completely agree with you.
My biggest gripe with o2 gprs is that its so wish washy.
You use it on monday and it shows on the bill Friday. So if you had a billing cycle on Wed then it gets added to the new bill.
It used to take 1 month for o2 to add data on, so it has got better. But we live in 2007 and i think it should be updated every 24 hours.
The Technology is out there.
if it can be done on PAYG then it can be done on contract.
Also it would be nice where you could dial a number to get you free mins, sms and gprs ussage. This is something o2 lacks as all the other networks have it.
But i think it was in the pipeline. but its a long way of.
