the one that came with the phone is as follows:

www.memorystick.com/mobilephone/

but you should be able to get it at other online shops that sell other types of media cards.

thanks

well for once O2 have over performed as far as im concerned. When i phoned to complain about the lask of memory card (in the hope of getting one but not really expecting it) they said i could buy one and fax them the receipt and they would credit my account...

i wasnt too sure they actually would but tried it anyway and faxed them the receipt this morning... just had a call fro mthe guy i spoke to yesterday who told me my account has been credited for the ammount including postage for a 512mb M2 card he even apologised for the inconvenience..

almost makes up for the fact they were crap in getting the phone out intime.

Well that was good of them, wouldn't you say!! Makes me think there was a shortage of M2 cards to bundle with this phone or some other distribution problem.

Just FYI my SIM free K800i came today from Expansys, and no M2 card in the box. Also, the same earphones as K750 had, not the HPM-65.

I'm guessing no they don't My manual is the same as the one supplied to the o2 users, and there is a little leaflet in the box about purchasing M2 cards...

@jedi-knight83

Did you make a point of asking when you made your order though about the memory card? As in did you specifically ask them "Will there be one included"?

Have you been credited with the amount for the card yet? I dont see why they would be that willing to pay it for you unless they have promised something they didnt deliever ..? I hope they do because I just ordered mine today and will be bit annoyed not to have any m2 card to muck about with when i get it.

Will

I asked about the M2 card when I rang up o2 to get an upgrade, as I was gonna get a gig card if i had went elsewhere. The woman went to check but couldnt find where it says if you got one, but she did say that it should come with a 512mb card because thats what the w810 comes with. Not that that makes any sense seen as its a different card, but I will say that to them when I ring up to get my 3g sim activated once my phone has arrived. Also, on the o2 site on the phones specifications and features say

Memory Card
Yes - Memory Stick Micro (M2)

To me that suggests that one comes with it too, not just that you can get one for it. If it meant you could get one for it it should say supports memory stick micro, like it does with the mp3 player saying 'Supports MP3, AAC and MPEG4'. So I will mention that see what they say.

The K750 had HPM-65 head phones...

I think you meant to say that your K800 didn't come with HPM-70 head phones.
