I'm about to try this but have never done it before.
Can anyone please tell me what exactly I need to back up?
What will be lost when I flash the phone?

Nothing will be lost, unless the flashing goes absolutely wrong and a complete reflashing is needed
A normal flash from SEUS just updates the firmware, it does not remove any data or settings on the phone.

Hey, I've got this problem too. In the end I've decided to just disrupt the connection and my phone now ends up at SE...Phone can't be switch on!!! Have to wait for 4 days, so I've ask the SE people to update for me. |

used australia, although it shouldn't matter. i THINK it has something to do w/ timezone difference..i tried at 30 minutes past midnight this morning and it did not work..not sure though |

tried now at se australia with EU_1 and EMEA_4 like amro but it didnt work for me, still R1L
i am from europe and amro from US, could that be the reason?
