Regarding Honami;

Ramu is right about the screen and believe me the sheer screen specs are amazing, maybe even the best mobile screen ever produced.

I will not go in any details as of yet but I will post full specs as soon as I get an OK from my sources.

Are you sources Sony employees? Could you ask them again in 2-3 weeks time if you can have an OK from them to post it please?

real pencil?

GSMArena must be running out of news lately

I have some wishlist for the Tablet Z successor, #1 support for presure sensitive pens with 2048 pressure levels and better finger/stylus detection than the Duo11, #2 bundling external keyboard dock which works in similar fashion like the Duo11. and #3 a mode that turns the tablet into a graphics tablet when connected to a PC, that'll be a perfect less expensive alternative to Wacom Cintiqs

Update:

I know this is off topic but I think this news would be of concern for the Mobile Division of Sony as well:

GREAT NEWS about honami screen.

I've always been proud of my sony / se screens on every model i've owned. It's a shame to hear that there had been problems with the Z screen, but very glad to hear Sony is stepping up and resolving those issues this time around for high end devices.

Can't wait to hear a FULL confirmed spec list for Honami. I want it now! But sadly, being in the states, I probably won't be able to get it until october or later.. Le sigh..

http://www.engadget.com/2013/[....]ms-htc-one-with-stock-android/

HTC one with stock android shipping in late june, at 32gb and better build, this is much better offer than the stock S4 coming as well. But it doesn't end there

http://www.engadget.com/2013/[....]ys-nexus-family-will-continue/

But at today's D11 conference, Google's SVP of Android, Chrome and Apps, Sundar Pichai, has said that it will continue to make them and that, "the goal behind Nexus was to guide the ecosystem. But that will continue as well." So that's stock Android on Samsung's Galaxy S 4 and the HTC One, the Moto X and more Nexus devices. The company's keeping busy.

I think back to a year or so ago when there was a rumour of multiple nexus devices, perhaps this is what google has in mind? Flagship models with stock android? So perhaps the next phone on the list is the Xperia Z?

I read something that Sony will do that pretty soon also. Not sure if true, though.

If the Sony screen is that good, then the panel lottery will be okay as long as reviewers get the better one.

Off topic: Pinchai

"We actually owe a lot of success in Android to what [Samsung has] done," he answered. "A vast majority of their phones are based on Android, so I see a pretty symbiotic relationship, and we intend to keep it that way. Look at Intel and Microsoft, they collaborated for many years."

Sad to see this company get rid it Rubin and keep this guy. Rubin was the only one to see that this is a problem. Samsung mentioned android once in their unveiling of the sgs3+. Ah well.
