I've had the most unlucky 3 weeks of my life. First my handbag got stolen, and i thought i was so lucky that they didn't get my phone. Then an idiot pushed me and my baby into a swimming pool. And she died. And then cell c decided to piss me off with their stupidity and deny me my gprs settings for 2 weeks. Growl.

@ psycho, my gosh, i thought it couldn't get worse than the handbag thing, then cell c has to give you crap as well....So your phone is a "She"? So what you gonna do from here? Another tip, and any metaller should know this: avoid the water...it gives life, it cleans, it purifies....the last thing you want! Water will claim the evil of technology....lol!

I must say, I was never big on phones up until the point where they actually got good, with cameras and internet and video and cool games. Back in the day I could do all that on my PC, I did not have a life so the PC was always around, and I could do a lot on that. Now that technology has caught up and is actually comparable, it is a totally different story. Phones are getting really interesting. I can't wait to see what they will be like in 2 years....

@ psycho,
Hell, you've had more than your fair share of poefie over the past few months. Hopefully The Psychnymphe Ship will be navigating through far less troubled waters in '07.
PS: I hope your exams went OK.

Neotel raises R2bn in local loan finance
http://www.neotel.co.za/neote[....]en/page132?oid=26811&sn=Detail

The interesting bit was the following:

Neotel now supplies some international bandwidth to customers including Cell C, Vodacom and MTN. It hopes to offer bandwidth directly to large corporations by the first quarter of next year, Pandey said on Tuesday. The man in the street should be able to place fixed-line calls or access the internet via Neotel by the second quarter of next year, as long as the street in question was in a main urban area.

It happened exactly as I expected it would. We will see where it goes....

Eish, rooibos is becoming more and more popular in the UK.

Until recently, the main supermarkets like Tesco kept these 2 variants:
(Taken with the P900):

Now there's suddenly another 2 rooibos brands competing on the shelves in the local Tesco...:
