just called ericserve and talk to the person incharge there..and he said that the actual price for the k700i will be rm 1699..they are just waiting for the new stock to come since they have no stock left.hehe..

yeah.. checked with multilink communication. the Mitac can be upgradable to windows mobile 2003. but there is few things bothering me now.
1. Mio do not have bluetooth. where am i suspose to use my bluetooth handsfree
2. getting theme over internet for mio is so limited
3. mio do not have a handsfree port but they got external speaker(whereby i hate that)
4. 149g! that's heavy!
but overall, it's good deal. me still thinking about it. sigh~

it's not a MOTOROLA MPx. it's a MiTac Mio 8380. i wonder can i put in a bluetooth CF card there to connect it to my bluetooth handsfree.

That phone is a decent phone as well, the mitac. But the lack of bluetooth might be a problem since you sickos all eat, sleep, dream, bluetooth |

haha.. just a joke .. anyway .. smart phone 2002 platform is more crappy then 2003. at least 2003 is consider usable. if you want to switch, just make sure the upgrade is possible and with reasonable price la. |

Heheh... I just got myself a K700i. RM1850 Midlands set. Da*n fine phone IMO. Intuitive menu, very good cam quality, faster SMS, animated themes...
OK that's what I've observed so far. Will continue playing with my phone...

congrats over ur new toy 
i myself played with the k700 today and am impressed by its new UI... yeah i know i blasted it abit a few posts back but i'm still standing firm about the price being abit too high.... poor ppl like me can't afford ler...
anyway i'm also interested in the n7610... and that costs EVEN more... hopefully the price will drrrrroooopppppppp soon... then i can have a smartphone at last...
