For those of you who have just discovered the beauty of EMS... here's another tip...
send ANIMATION attachments... rather than pictures... animations take up less space since the animation itself isn't sent... EMS standards dictate that certain emotion animations are stored in the phone... thus when you attach an animation, all you actually send is instructions on which animation or sound to play. Although it will differ from phone to phone...even between SEs... slight variations... the "happy" animation with the bouncing smiley face... on one phone, the face bounces up and down, on another it bounces in a semi circle.
But the point is, you can get a lot more across if you use animations and sounds rather than pictures (WBMP or GIF) attachments... UNLESS, you make your own pictures.
I make my own pics sometimes...my signature...or a small handwritten note...  |

@jplacson and everyone.
You're right about the EMS animations. Most EMS capable phones have the same set. My gf's Samsung v200 has the same set of animations although the image shown on the screen is different. That means they won't get the exact image form your phone but the theme is similar.
@ferr
How do I set up my phone to use the PC's interent conneciton?

@jomni- all you do is just put it sa cradle while connected to your PC, and while your PC is online. alam ko pwede rin via Bluetooth™ yun connection ng phone to PC, though i'm not quite familiar with the exact procedures to set it up for the phone to utilize the PC's internet connection. it's here in esato, i just dunno what the thread title is.
@beatrix- if you're talking about worldmate, yes, ganun ginagawa ko. yun CDA ko (after latest upgrade) is R5A02. hmm. di ko lam bakit blank yan. try backing it up, master reset, then restore... yun nga lang, baka pati yun bug na yun ma-restore.
@bernie- dialup using the mobile phone as modem?
who in here has a Mineral Grey P800 straight from the box?
