@Semicon Rockwell, yesterday I brought a warrantied HBH-15 bluetooth headset for servicing and was found to be defective. Replacement of the unit was recomended. I already spoke with Rodney Gaviola of Ericsson Philippines who is aware of the situation in case you would not have stocks to replace it with. Thank you for the follow-up. |

This particular forum proves to be very usefull to me. I ask question... Nobody cares to ans! So instead of waiting 4 others to heed my query im gonna find the solution by myself. Thanks guys you remind me of reality that cooperation is just a vague idea to most of us.
Because of this, you semicon service guys should be called \"con service\" guys. Take of the \"semi\" cause you're a full pledge \"con\" men. Be proud! & instead of \"sales service\" why dont you change it to \"lip service\". It's more precise i guess.

anyway... upgrade is P500 if it's not warrantied; free if warrantied.
ice- they have all the products you need. for prices, u have to look for the previous post, or click the search and type in prices of keypad semicon,.... |

odyig... well, i dont know abt that, i dont deal w/ semicon sm mla, sa rockwell lang ako... so i guess, u just have to go to rockwell, for 'better' service. |

@Khermin: I assume you're in front of your PC. Try using the Search button. I believe you're query has been answered here long before you posted. It's always beneficial to "look before you leap".
@Oydig: Relax. If you 're too peeved with their rudeness, don't go down to their level. I'm just fortunate that most Semicon people (Megamall's Malou Cabatuando and the Rockwell Crew) I've dealt with have been very courteous (except that my e-mail complaint has not been replied to since May.). You can express your point with out the excess aggression and still have the same effect. |

San Semicon Store ba dapat ako magpunta? Kasi I went to SM Centerpoint branch kanina and they tell me that they don't know anything about T68i firmware upgrade (R2b to become R2e). |
