@fbloise no I am not jealous I just find comparisons boring. Why does everyone think others are jealous of having a certain smartphone I don't understand that logic I might get jealous of a gorgeous woman but not a smartphone

I know, sometimes they are a bit boring.
Lets change the subject a bit:
What is your main phone at the moment?
Mine is the Lumia 1020 (multimedia, photos, music, games) and always carry a Blackberry q5 (BB10) with me as backup and for chat things.

My main phone is still the yellow Lumia 920, my husband is using our yellow Lumia 1020 most of the time, because he takes way more pictures with his phones, than I do.
My work phone is a white Nokia Lumia 900. My husband's work phone is his almost two year old HTC Titan, still in perfect condition, soon to be replaced by a Lumia 925.
We have another Lumia 920, in red, as a spare

Found a cross cut of the 1020 module.. the optics looks almost identical to the 808s in terms of construction

Some guy put his Xperia Z1 in a sink full of water and challenged Nokia UK to do the same with their Lumia1020 as a response to this, so they posted back a pic of a lemon dropping in water (taken by a 1020) they basically tried to avoid the challenge but I picked up quite a metaphor for the yellow Lumia1020:
Anyway, I hope Sony responds with a pic taken under water or something, but I doubt they even think Nokia is worth their time.

Well, in terms of raw image quality I don't think Sony stands a chance.. they just don't have a phone that has the required imaging hardware to go against the 1020/808 combo. |

I must say (as an owner and fan of the two phones you mention), I would love to see Sony create something that would bring back that rivalry. I do LOVE my 808 and really appreciate all my 1020 can do.... BUT - I have recently bought a Garmin 2597 for my car and love the smartphone link connectivity options it has with android.... I would really like to not have to use my 1020 as a hotspot for my ST15a to power those abilities... but in the meantime, I WILL as I'm just not that interested in anything android at this time... I hope that changes soon but image capability is PRIORITY ONE.

Its a bit childish of the two companies though. And a waste of peoples time, because we all know the 1020 will trounce Sony's effort. Nokia have just invested much more time and effort into their imaging than Sony ever did.
Its a bit stupid of Nokia to challenge another company on something they know they're already the best at by a mile. Its like playing on an Xbox with a 5 year old and knowing you could beat them on Fifa at any time. You just don't play the bully by beating the underdog.
