im calling the attention of semicon's president or whoever is responsible for customer service. i think your customer service reps (except those who work at powerplant :-)) needs a seminar or two on customer relations. they're so rude! lalo na yung sa sm manila branch! :-l

re: the R600..... i have a friend who has the same problem. nangyari din yang no-text-received, or message cannot be displayed at the other end. and the multiplied entry of some names. yung name ko nga naging 5-times na naka list doon! sabi ko pa baka naman nag-copy to phone list ka (ako pa ang nanisi!). also the self-reboot, more than once a day. more annoying is when she was speaking with someone on the phone, bigla na-cut, and then nag-hang! shall we put up with this? we decided to get a warrantied cellphone, para sigurado. pero mukhang wala magawa ang after-sales service? di ba sa USA soli na agad ito? can we do this here in the Philippines? or parang bumili din lang tayo sa mga non-warrantied smuggled phones sa greenhills nyan!
(napahiya ako sa kanya... i recommended the shift to ericsson eh)

...by the way... my friend had it checked at semicon already, before we resorted to posting the issue here at this forum. but all the tech-guys did was "master reset" daw for more than an hour. i wasn't there when she had it checked so i can't argue on the "reset" thing. but i'm sure it is stiil the same (the malfunctions) for the mis-behaving r600. |

ako it's not just the attention of the customer service but the technical staff as well lalo na sa main office sa pasig . puro bulok yung pinapalit na swap phone to me at di sila expert sa pag repair ng ericsson. dapat baguhin na yung SOP nila na sa main office kung saan lahat mang gagaling yung swap units at repairs. may mga stocks naman sa mga branches at may naka tao na incompetent tech staff. dapat dun na lang nila palitan on the spot or return the money or swap to another model with minimal or no cash added due to the perwisyo. mas maganda fire those highly educated management staff or kung sino mang mga poncio pilato na naka isip ng crap SOP's nila! |
