When a call comes through and you are plugged into the 3.5mm jack, does it ring in the earphones (like via fastport)?

If SE have done it properly then yes, and there should be a mic on the headphones.

Ok I just bought this baby and it arrived from Singapore today. Good deal and all but I'm wondering now: were there not Facebook, Flickr, conversation style messages and possibly more meant to be included? I already updated the firmware. Furthermore, I live in Italy and need Italian UI, dictionary, not all these Asian languages. How can I install them?
I apologise if these subjects have already been covered but didn't feel like going through 87 pages from my mobile... lol

They say it looks too much like the W910. I ask, how in hell does it resemble the W910? The softkeys are totally different and so is the keypad and the housing design.

Review zag er wel goed uit, alleen ik wou graag wat meer weten over de walkman player. Want ze zeiden dat ze een paar nieuwe functies hebben bij gedaan.
Review looked good, only what I would like to know more about the Walkman player. They said that they have put a few new features for it. |

Anyone know what the smaller circle beneath the flash LED is for? And I noticed there's no "mirror" for self portrait, as with Satio, Yari and Aino...

Maybe they were referring specifically to the volume/zoom rocker and camera shutter keys, though i do think they look different

Great! Coz I'm wondering if I can use my Ultimate Ears Earphones (Superfi 5vi) that's for iPhones on the W995. It's got an answer button that doubles as a pause/stop button.
Does anyone have an iphone handsfree they can try on the W995? Appreciate it!

The little circle seems to be a recording light indicator: when I was recording a movie, it was steady-lit in red.
From USEB's W995 announcement back in February:
Other features include chat view messaging, a very nice Facebook application and a Flickr application.
No sign of any of that in the phone...
