oh... now i really feel sorry for you.. though it's nearly pretty much the same everywhere. we get a half-hour shutdown every few hours all day long and into the early hours of the morning. |

In case u wonder what im laughing at...greeneyes has a generator and still shez complaining...i don have one...i have an invertor..but light goes for around 12 hours usually, and the battery is de-charged soon...so its just shirts off for me!  be happy with what u have ppl!

At last its over. N they said it was nt load shading but so prob jo b tha. Now my niece n nephew sleeping in my bed wid tried but angelic look on their faces. Poor kids.
@sherry Come Lahore n u will grami kitni hai aj. Generator se fans tou chalatay hein per its installed in store room jis se shoor double echoed. Anyway gud thing is wapda ko rehum agia.
p.s i m gonna give a try to make fried rice. Since my friends r keep suggestiom me to learn cooking;-) |

Hahahaha...i have been to lahore greeneyes! and i just walked from my hotel room and some distance to Nirala Sweets, and i was drenched...1st thing i got was a kulfi,then other stuff! but its just as bad here yaar...i have just learnt to cope
Good thing ur learning to cook fried rice.! never thought i'd compete with a gal and make her take up cooking

the only thing i can cook are eggs and noodles  maybe amal can send me a recipe or something for fried rice when she learns how to cook because i'm gonna need all the help i can get once i'm in romania cuz my cooking skills are terrible.

Ive got a few questions that need answering and maybe u lot can help.
1)can you mms from Pakistan with camera phone to a mobile in the UK? if so how much does it cost from each operator?
2)Can u email as well? again if so then what are the costs.
3)Can u access internet in pakistan with a mobile phone?
sorry if these questions sound lame. The reason im asking is im goin pakistan soon, and i want to take pictures on my k810 and send them via mms/email instead of having to wait 2 months and down them all on my pc when i get home.

P.S one last thing how long does it take for a mms to reach someone in england from pakistan, if anyone knows.

1) i don't really know about mms but you can sms from here to england. an sms will cost you about 5-6 Pak Rs.
2) What kind of email are you referring to? if you mean sending mail via gmail, hotmail or yahoo using the built in POP3 client in your mobile then then yes you can send the email. the costs will vary as your mobile will utilise the EDGE/GPRS connection to send the email.
3) Yes you can access the internet from your mobile here. the costs again vary according to the network you are using. do you intend to use a PAYG connection or a postpaid one? |

@NYB yeah sure...My pleasure sub mil ker cooking seekthay hein... I can make milk shake, boiled eggs, boiled rice and now FIRED BROWN rice too  I can also make Zigzagi sa Paratha. NYB asa kero take some Ready maslas those Shaan/National packets with you. or like sherry said find a nice girl there per mind u is nice girl se phele phooch lena if she can cook. u know ye na hona phele kud ka hi kahana bahana tha tab iska bi bahana peray
