well, I paid for my wotan credit 16 hours ago and still have not received my "instant account" nor any reply from my email about this

if wotan is easier to use than davinci, as was posted here yesterday, I'm yet to see that!

@Masseur

Not good Masseur. You just convinced me not to use WOTAN.

@sis...

Didn't you read the post by Jasond and myself. They purchase access to the SE servers. Why would they get in trouble for purchasing access and then selling that access?

I debranded my phone a while ago, but had no trouble with my credits then, only trouble was being nervous about the procedure.

I am under the impression that Wotan is handled by a single guy, and he may not be checking his mail every minute. Guess he has a day job too... You will no doubt get your credit and be able to reflash your phone, and you would normally get your creds right away. If there is trouble he will solve it, he is very helpful, but it seems that some customers have bad luck, and sometimes it can take some hours to take care of the problems.

Addition to my previous post:

- After upgrading firmware through e.g. Wotan, you will be able to do future upgrades through SEUS. You will have generic firmware with no restrictions regarding upgrades. You will lose any operator specific certificates, which might make it impossible for you to download software from your operator.

Hey jadler,

is it worth paying for or worth the wait? The cash is not a problem, however I tend to not throw money away. As one who has used it, I will consider your opinion strongly.

Thanks

I have had experience with DaVinci, when I was flashing my K750i to a W800i firmware. Once you pay with paypal, or any other online means, they have an automated system (I believe) which sends you your credit through to you instantly via. email. The flash process and client are also very easy to use.

As for Wotan, I haven't tried them yet, but I'll give them a go once a K790i F/W release is out.

That a fact? Once I upgrade via Wotan I can then go onto say SEUS when another upgrade comes along and just update it?

When you are sending a text message and you have to select a number, was there a 'mark several' option on your right soft-key in earlier firmware versions?
