I haven't seen that once yet in the M600... I only ever saw it once in any of the P series I've had
Now that I am currently exclusivly on the M600 I am quite happy using it constantly. The in call sound quality is excellent and the battery warning is only occassional.

Well I have to say I haven't once had the battery warning, and certainly no reboots, or "battery out" crashes. Apart from a few niggles I think its pretty stable as a device. |

Has anyone noticed there two variations of the typeface of "M600i" on the phone? I wonder what this corresponds to...
Also, are everyone's LEDs blue-green? I could've sworn in some of those pics of the white model, the LEDs look white. It could just be a white-balance or overexposure effect. I sure would like white LEDs though... as it'd be a clean look and would certainly help differentiate the letters from the numbers.
Does anyone else notice that charging through USB takes a VERY long time... even if the phone's powered off. I tried to overnight it and STILL couldn't get a full charge.
To the poster asking about a horizontal scroll feature (i.e. across a grid), the * and # keys double as horizontal arrows.
Now my big issue has been establishing a Bluetooth PAN... and I'm using a Mac. If anyone could clarify this issue--for Macs--could you please open up a thread for it? Thanks! (I'm swimming in services and my head's spinning... "m-Router Connectivity, Personal Ad-hoc User Service, Group Ad-hoc Network Service" <-- they have something to do with it I'm guessing! I'm fiddling around with custom serial port profiles now.)
I can't even get it shared over USB. Something needs to fill the WiFi void!
...and the Dream Tour is freakin' sweet!

You mean on the sticker/badge on the front of the phone? Hadn't noticed to be honest, but now you point it out have just had a look around at some M600 pictures on the net and you're right.
On some the typeface appears to be similar to the actual typeface used within the OS, and on others (like mine) the typeface looks more like a squashed Arial/Helvetica.
EDIT: Coxy's M600i shown in the post above has the same badge/sticker typeface as mine.
This one at Mobile-Review has the alternate typeface.

| Perhaps we should start another thread but I'm trying to get this working too, with no luck so far. Tried a few AppleScript's that say they do this, but they don't work either. |

@Indighost
Now when you tell, I notice the difference in the "M600i" badge. Mine is NOT as coxys. I bought mine the same day as it was realased here in Sweden. Maybe itīs because of that? The M600 thatīs produced nowon is with the "new" sticker? I donīt know. |

The sticker/badge thing is interesting. I bought mine from Expansys on the 15th June. I wonder which badge version is the more recent or whether they are regional variations. I know for example my device differs slightly from say masseur's in that there is no "made in" information on the sticker inside the battery cover, so I wonder what other differences are out there.
@coxy - Can't honestly say whether the firmware update is worth it or not - the update was one of the first things I did when I got mine after reports that the shipping firmware was pretty awful. R1B seems pretty stable for me though.
Unrelated, got a couple of questions regarding local PC syncing:
1. Does anyone else sometimes find on odd occasions that the M600 is not detected by PC Suite when connected, but mRouter sees it is connected, but shows a warning under the usb port settings about a port already being in use?
2. Is it possible to use ActiveSync to sync with a local (non exchange) version of Outlook? I didn't think this was possible - ie ActiveSync was only for Exchange Outlook but had seen something mentioned on another forum which made me wonder whether it works?

Syncing with an PC Outlook client is carried out using the standard sync that came with the bestie... E.g. the PC Suite etc.
Works fine. (if thats what you were asking...
