@ jmash,
LOL no probz mfowethu; I do what I can to ensure that people back home are also able to obtain some of the many EU consumer spoils, that are often taken for granted by (probably) most of Euro Joe Public here anyway.
Why should they have all these benefits and promotional freebies to themselves? Not if The Wanqing One can help it...
@ Kryptik,
I eventually left school at 7:20pm...! Got quite a bit done though.
Just got home and now why supper is on the go, I'm gonna quickly traps down to Blockbusters and get a few DVD's out; the Buds are gonna go down sooo well tonight.

I went to some dance thing my sisters dance college threw. Them and a lot of amateur dance studios performed. Great opening with a bunch of darkly cloaked people running through the audience to by the third song reveal the fact that they are all hot babes:) awesome! The rest of the show was not as good other than a few amazing abstract pieces. Was rather nice:)
@ amawanqa, some of those songs are abstract. Did not listen through yet. Going to have a busy weekend. Hope i get time to listen to the rest soon!
@ siosal, know breaking benjamin. At least Diary of Jane:) when jim was in sa he heard it on radio and kept going on about it. Got it on my phone:)

@ amawanqa, thamx for that track list:) busy day, but should get back to the cd this week. Exams.
@ siosal, have you heard my song yet? Maybe it would give you more of an idea of what i am in to. Sometimes i'm not sure myself. I am picky when it comes to music, have my own weird ideas. That is sort of why i am making music, so i can meet my picky need in taste of music:) i am weird, i know. Never been normal. Not that anyone is, but i am kinda an extreme case. Would like to hear more of breaking benjamin though. Like what i have heard so far.
Quick question to everyone, if you could watch any international act live, who would it be? With me it would undoubtedly be u2. Love their live shows, and have immense respect for bono, as much as one can have for a rockstar anyway.
Next bit, i am thinking of changing my major. Doing psyc, partly because i want to, partly because my girlfriend encouraged me to, challenged me in that. Good thing or bad? The situation is rather frustrating. Here goes...(out of space)

Psyc i like, or at least listening to peoples problems, giving advice, looking into the issues, and dealing with it. I am good with that. Would go child psyc if i go on, as i LOVE working with kids in a less than crowd setting. But i feel wrong about this years studies, some since psyc is very humanistic, and i am not. I can professionally seperate myself from that, but why? I would have loved to do something musically, but lets face it, it is a big gamble in our country. So music, i do it in my spare time. There is also the fact that i work a full time job with which it is going really well with, and there is some huge growth opportunity that has kicked in, and i am walking down that road now. Our company is doing well. Just an idea, we had a letter of intent signed this week for a deal that is worth half a billion, not in profit, but in throughput, so yeah, my bed could be made there. But wait, there is more...

So the music is out, or out as a study field. Had other things i have highly considered. First, literature. I like writing, and there can be a crapload of improvement on my writing style and my english, so why not. Besides, 2nd year they do jane austin, which i really enjoy. So something down the writing/literature path could be good. Anyone have better info what good this could do concerning job opportunities? I can write, but i need something safer. Other interests include directing, making films(goes great with music) and things down the creative line. So what do you guys think, suggest or say i should consider? If i can find something good that fits me, i will go for it. Has to be part time(unisa preferably) and not too intense, due to job pressures. Will discuss this with an elder at my church as well. The one i want to talk to has his phd, got it from oxford earlier this year. He is a smart oak, and i have huge respect for him. So yeah, i am going to see what i am going to do...

Francois, first and foremost follow your heart in this. You need to do that which will bring contentment, as far as work is concerned. If the career which you ultimately choose is going to be a job only, then go with that which will bring about material reward, but if you choose that which will bring fulfillment, then possibly go with something which may not be as lucrative as you would wish, but which "speaks to your soul". From what i've gathered you would do wonderfully with kids; heaven knows, there's a huge need for psych./counsellors who specialize in the younger generation. Personally i only know of 3 down here, and they've got more work than they can handle. About 10 years ago i worked with Special Needs children, specifically those with cerebral palsy, as a remedial educator, and it was probably the most rewarding thing i've ever done. Literature is a good choice too, and your English is fine, believe me. Go with your heart, boet.

@ Kryptik, thanks bru, good things to think about:) i am at a great place without having qualifications where there are many kids in my life which is good. Get to work with them anyway, which helps. I feel a severe need to go with something that i can use to express myself and also touch peoples lives...maybe i should play in a punk rock band again:)
Sat outside tonight, and a few minutes ago i noticed a guy in the corner of our neighbours yard. I only had a brick, and even though he was definately up to no good, i could not really do anything. I signalled to Paul to phone the cops, and when i turned to look the guy was attempting a new 100m dash record down the road. I should have worn shoes, even if it is just to scare the bugger by chasing him a bit. So to our cop friends and ones more educated in the way of the scales of justice, what can you do in such a situation? If i had my walking stick(for moering) i would have surely been highly tempted to knock the living feces out of the oak.

@Francois i haven't managed to get a connection where i can succesfully download from (which is one reason why all my albums are purchased), but as soon as i do, i'll pm you and request the link again. right now it's tough for me to view more than the first and last pages(which is one reason why i'm very rarely ON topic).

Next up, we have this:
A pic taken with the Nokia 3230, perhaps resembling an explosion of sorts with chunks of debris hurtling towards one ( I have a vivid imagination), but is actually the result of an inquisitive Wanqa experimenting to see how such contrasts of extreme light and dark are picked up on the cellphone's cam....and scorching a few hairs on the hand in the process.
Seeing that I didn't win the Euro Lotto, maybe I won't mention that it's heated braai coals to anyone else, then print the picure out and display it in the Tate Modern Art Gallery in central London, give it a naff title like 'An Interpretation of Hades', or 'The Wrath of a Distant Supernova In The Outer Realms' ...and hopefully it'll then sell for millions...
By the way, I know this is not a new pic at all, (way back during the New Orleans floods in the US, I presume), but don't you just love ambiguities?
Hmmm, I wonder if Michael Moore had a part-time job at Sky News...
