Possible solution to 1st Trouble:

in fMA, go to tools>options and click on the window tab. Under pop-up option, does message monitor have a check beside it?

Could someone help me please?

I have a: T68i, Conceptronic Bluetooth dongle (100m), Windows 2000 SP4, Windows scripts 5.6, SonyEricsson Com suite 1.5.9.2.

When I am trying to connect the phone through "Native Bluetooth", FMA tell's me something about the protocols.

When I am trying to connect it through "Serial port", FMA tell's me: "Connection Failed".

I checked all the com ports.

What else can I do?

Thank you,

first download bluetooth drivers or software from your dongle's manufacturer and then follow the steps...

you must activate a serial connection in your bluetooth configuration utility first, to use serial BT connection...
(if you haven't done so allready)

after that it will always connect through serial BT.

I downloaded a copy of FMA today, and was very pleased in using it with my T610 via a Bluetooth connection.

However, one thing is annoying me; I need to make regular backups of my phone's SMS folders and phone numbers, and there seems to be a perfect menu item in FMA to do this: Tools> Export> All (Backup Phone).

But this item is always greyed-out and unavailable... why? I know that selecting all the numbers and exporting them then doing the same for the message folders works, but having a one-click option would be much more convenient.

Am I doing something wrong, or is this simply a broken feature?

A question on FMA.On my example I cant save bookmarks or calender posts and can't send anything to my phone. These and several other options are greyed.Is this normal? Connect with a bluetooth serial port.

Pardon me for I didn't read all 43 pages of this thread...I just have one simple question, will this work with Nokia phones too? Lets say 8310 perhaps?

@kieboy
the simple answer is no.

EDIT
apparently, it does. Please check ShawO's subsequent post. basic fMA function works with nokia phones according to ShawO.

@shug,

somethings wrong with ur version of fMA..

i use the USB(from ) cable connected to my T610 from my desktop.. and i could post notes, ringtones, pictures, themes, sms's to my handset without any hitch.

Please update ur fMA to the latest version(0.1.0.31e).

Gud luck.

@fannypad

that feature probably isn't implemented/enabled yet
i simply select the sms in the inbox, and group them by sender prior to exporting them to html, works great
