Wow, this is the most complete list of /// phone types I have ever seen. I should have known about it before the weekend because I'll probably get some US models during the next weeks and tried to find out through image search how they all look like. This site would have saved me a lot of time.

Ericsson Communicator and RX1????
Did these two ever went into production or just purely concept phones?
The Ericsson palmtop (beside the Communicator)... last time I saw that was 7-8 years ago (being sold as a package with the sh888/868).

The ultimate T65 dreams! Aren't these the most beautiful Ericsson Phones ever made? For me they are! So nice colours and courves! I got that brandnew T65 Stardust today, it's like vanilla cream....wow!
And what is your preferred beauty?

@bart:
Thanks very much, but I already have one! It was just not in my hands for the moment...The dark blue version is very common here in Switzerland, nothing special anyway, if someone has a T65 it's certainly the dark blue one! It's the first time I saw a Stardust version in that condition, I am fascinated! |

Since I'm slimming my collection I just sold my cosmic blue T65 yesterday (btw: it's everything but a beauty to me). I still wonder who is so stupid to pay 45 Euro for it but at least it's my advantage
I just found out that there seemed to be two kind of display glasses. The ones of bucheral are quite flat and have the silver paint on top of the glass while others are carved more deeply and have the silver paint behind the glass. My black protoypes have an even deeper carved glass.
Take a look at the differences:

No Boba, it's one of the prototypes I've had (now there is only one left). It has an even deeper carved display glass than the final series and on the front cover there is the structure missing due to an unfinished mold. Another difference is that the key #5 has got to pins on it while on the final modell there are two little bows around the key. The back cover looks like the final release except the non-released color:

Yes, you're right. This high gloss surface is pretty interesting because you can see a few very light scratches. These scratches are not from usage, they were exactly the same on all black protos and are due to an unfinished mold (the shape where they spread the fluid plastic in). This front cover is a nice demonstration on how Ericsson produced their molds. The mold must have been handcrafted since you can see that it is not quite accurately made and still needed improvement. I had another proto from the same mold in polar blue but I just sold it a few weeks ago.
