@r0sewhite, Tigerente and anybody else...Help! I bought that phone here, it works fine, has a powerful (but big and heavy) battery but I think there is a hardware-part missing, where and how can I get the missing part? Any ideas, or do I have to replace the whole frontcover?

Hey guys, guess what this is. One hint: It's a part from a R250s that needed a repair:

Second hint: On other phones you usually replace this part if it's broken.

Has anyone a good idea what to do now? In about 1 day and 10 hours there is an italien ebay auction ending and I really want to get the items. The seller didn't reply to questions in english and italien language if he would sell to germany. Now my neighbour (an italien woman) asked him once again and he replied that he doesn't want to ship to foreign countries.

The italien eriteam member also doesn't reply to my emails and personal messages. What I need is someone who lives in italy and could win this auction for me. I would pay immediately for everything and would add a nice fee for helping me.

Who knows any other italien ebayer who could help me? This auction still has no bids and I can't see these items running through my hands.

Btw: My ebay name is r0sewhite, too. If anyone is unsure about my trustworthiness he can watch my profil

Yes, it's the membrane and coil of the speaker. Unfortunately you won't get a R250 speaker as spare part because it is glued into the front cover. Since replacing the whole cover is quite expensive I removed the speaker, opened and repaired it. The wires from the contacts to the coil were broken and so I had to solder them which is a real bad job because they are as thin as a human hair. You can see through the glue where I soldered the new wire (much thicker) to the thin wire which leads to the coil.

I will be hard but I won't bid on it.
But I think it will be an expensive auction because the actual highest bidder buy ericsson items on every price. Look at his feedbacks. he has 459 feedbacks withgin the last 12 month and they are almost all for ericsson items.
