Luckily for me i have just bought 2 x T66's one of which say PROTO on the back!
just testing them now, seems the proto says "no network" while charging...

I see it says Made in England. normally these were made for Ericsson by another manufacturer in malaysia or somewhere similar. All prototypes I have seen also are made in sweden. |

It actually says 'Made in Finland'  |

sorry bad pic, it says made in Finland.
the Silver Supreme one doesnt even switch on  tryed it with a full battery.
seems the proto makes calls and texts fine but says insert card as soon as i plug the charger in, the i have to switch off and on to use it.
so far both BSL-14 batterys seem to be well conditioned.

ok, ive checked the imei number on the s/w and the cases have been swapped which means its a non working proto
o well i will swap it back to being the correct way around...
