Anyone get their W810 to work 100% with Address Book?
I followed this advice, which enabled on-screen caller ID, dialing, and inbound/outbound SMS. However, the "Voice Mail" and "Answer" buttons popped-up during a call by Address Book don't work right. Anyone figure this out?

Bookmarked! Mac user here, in search for the best sync device (sms, calendar and all). Currently using phoneagent, but i kinda like myphoneexplorer, if only they can create a mac version of it.

isync plugins... work for me.. for most se phones.. just not the new UIQ3 phones do to the mrouter issue |

Just to let you know. SE says that they have no intention of actively supporting Mac products and have deferred to Apple for all SE phone support. This is why I have left SE and hope that they take a massive hit and go down the tubes. While I am no Nokia fan, they do support Mac and have started a push to provide better support.

leaving se because of apple isn't going to cause them to take a hit lol... the apple laptop share is very very small and i prefer it to stay that way....less viruses to go around lol

for those you wnat to iSync their w880i here's a plugin i made and submitted to macosxhints:

included are silver steel and balck tiff icons. default is silver just change it to your liking.

and also i was able to flash my w880i using wotan thru Parallels Desktop Build 3188 without any problems encountered.
@nalbagli, what about isquint, its pretty much staright forward to use and free.

I had traded my P990i with a new W950i. Before doing so, I isynced the P990i to my Mac. After getting the new phone, I opened address book and select all my contacts and send them via "Card" menu "Send These Contacts". The bluetooth dialog box appeared and I prompted it to send to my W950i. Pretty easy actually... |

IBook G4 user here.
I plan to buy a white W810 and have found this software called "ItuneMyWalkman".. It syncs your walkman phone to your Itunes. Does anyone know if this works.

You have to be running Windows, either on a real PC, or on an Intel Mac via Boot Camp or Parallels.

Small problem sending files from my iMac (G4, OS X 10.4.9) over  (using Bluetooth File Exchange) to my W300i.
Any file I send - a JPG, an MP3, even a URL - OS X reports something like, "This phone does not accept files of this type. Send anyway?"
If I hit "Send," the file goes through, and works on the phone, no problem.
But this is annoying, since it happense every time. What could be the problem? I did have to install Feisar's iSync plugin to allow this phone to work over iSync. But I don't see how that can interfere with general functionality.
I never had this problem with any other phone,  or not.

I think this is to do with the phone not correctly registering what filetypes it can accept with the Mac. It used to do the same with older SE phone - I particularly remember the T610 doing it. But, as you say, the file gets transferred anyway.
The iSync Phone Plugin does not affect File Transfers in any way.
Unfortunately, I don't know of a solution. Have you tried doing a master reset of the phone?
Also, one other thing to check is that the files you are sending do not have double extensions on them. e.g. "picture.jpg.jpg". You would only see this in the Get Info window for the file.
