Fma is a really great software. The only wishes i have are:
- bookmarks downloadable from my phone
- calendar option
Is there something like this in planing?

Here's my question:
I've been using fma for quite a while now and I just got a new phone. I switched from a T68i to a T610. My main question is how do I transfer my T68i SMS Archive to my new T610 archive. I've tried copying the dat file but that didn't do it. It keeps getting reset.

DAMN!!! Just connected my new T610 with a USB cable and tried fma. WORKED PERFECT!!! I can even download pictures, sounds and themes (from the phone to the PC) without any problems!! This program ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!

FMA works great but:
When I connect using desktop charger (with USB cable) everything is fine, but after changing serial port (to the one with bluetooth) It connects and when it tries to get OBEX folders it fails and then no matter what OBEX wont work. I can't even use OBEX from within My Bluetooth places. And after next connect FMA says that OBEX is in use by another app. Restart and uninstall of drivers won't help. Any idea what to do?? |

FMA and serial connection OBEX error in accessing the phone
I got it to work one time with serial connection, after that it kept giving me an OBEX error and the app hung. Had to stop t thru Task manager. But no more FMA after that. Anyone got a solution? I did install some Ericsson software in between. Might that be the mistake? Completrely installing the sSE software and reinstalling BT (Wisecom) drivers did not solve it... Anyone who has an answer....let me know.

looks like fantastic software, congrats float. Does it work with the SE P900? I've tried bluetooth, IR and serial. My syncstation is setup to COM5, I put this into the fma config and tried to connect without success. If anyone has any tips I'd appreciate it.
If it helps at all.. I'm using Win XP Pro and getting the following error when I try to connect using native IR
Error 10061 in function Supports9WireConnection refused

i just did a master reset but i synced my phone book first.... in fma i can see all my contacts but when i click sync it doesnt put them back on my phone....... how to i put them back on?? |

Bravo for a great software and new improvements. I had used previous version of the software and had just download the latest version. Very impressed with all the new add-on. Congratulations to the fMA developer team to all the efforts put in.
Could the team have an answer to my observation? I'm not very good into programming but did notice something when I tried the latest version.
I had a new nb and thus wanted to have fMA on it. It is running on WinXP with service pack 1. Instead of running the fma-0.10-rc3-setup.exe, I downloaded the mobileagent-0.10.28a-fix.zip which contain the mobileagent.exe only.
I copied it into a new folder and executed the program and all works well. As I read through the forum, I then realised that it does comes with a installation version. Then I went to download the fma-0.10-rc3-setup.exe and did the installation but found that the mobileagent.exe is verion 0.10.27. I then just over the mobileagent.exe with verion 0.10.28a. I have the following question.
1. In the installation process, is there any dll files being copied to the windows directory?
2. In the installation process, what keys are being updated to the windows registry?
3. If we can just run the complete program with just executing mobileagent.exe, why then the need of the installation process?
On question 3, I feel that it is just wonderful that you managed to have the program run without any installation at all. It make life so much easier.

quick update. my p900 now connects to fma, it just wont do anything. I cant view sms, phone book, files, etc... |

Hi,
I have a T310 with irda connection
in fma i can't edit my contacts in phone only in sims. Is is because of my phone doesnt support synch or from other reasons?
Btw none of the synch softwares worked with my phone. Can i change my events menu to calendar menu to support synch with a software upgrade?

and I'm Italian , so forgive me 4 my bad english...
Well, Fma's a GREAT program....but I've experienced some troubles :
I've downloaded a few hours ago the last version ( 0.10.29 ) . I use an IRDA port on WinMe , connected to my T68i ( sfw ver : R5C001 ) .
I first tried to connect my phone to a fma's previous version : 0.10.28
I managed to connect the phone , which is detected and begins to connect !! Ok with the sincronizations ( in both versions ) , ok with the sms ( sent , received and archive : no problems ! )
FIRST TROUBLE ( in both versions )
Received messages don't " pop-up " ! This should be nice instead of refreshing every time a new sms is detected ( I can see a little message downright in the task icon that says : new message received ) . Notice that incoming calls pop-up.I've read some posts but didn't find any solution...
SECOND TROUBLE ( I had it just when I installed the 0.10.29 ) :
Can't send messages !! I've read about it but someone wrote that was a problem of the sms-message center ....but it isn't : my number is on right ! 
well....the error I can read when I try to send sms trough the software is :
ERROR: +CMS ERROR: 500 followed by two rectangular chars.
Please , Help me !
I haven't already tested other features....oh yeah , last thing : The software doesn't recognise my notes .
