Didn't have time to take the Paper with me yesterday, but here are, as promised, a detailed pic from the map and Ceaser's own amazing photo of the river Tapi.

Thank you Marly.
Thats one of the oldest building. Its our Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) building. It is very huge from inside. Consider it as a square shaped building. What you see is just one side of a square.
The second pic is of rival Tapi. My city is the last city through which she flows. Her next stop is Arabian Sea which is only 10-15 kms from main city.

Tried to take a pic from the same church as on one of the photos with the first paper, it's now illuminated during the holidays. Due to the total darkness in and around the car, the contrast was too high and the paper in front of the car's window isn't visible, but it was there
This was the first paper, one of its last pictures before it disappeared (blurred, because I wanted the church to be in focus), do you remember the poor thing?

Seasons greetings to you as well Marly. Great to see it's landed in the Netherlands and that last picture certainly warmed my heart.
Yes, it's probably a good idea to wait until after the holidays - our postmen will be worn out what with carrying all that Christmas mail

Still hoping to be able to take some pics with a little bit of sunshine, but no..... today, again, grey skies only, it even started to drizzle.
Railway station
Sittard has many schools and highschools, even though it's a small town, most of them have a regional function aswell, here's one of them
