You've stated You before that want a 3G phonecan so you can either get the Vodafone branded V800 or patiently wait for the K800 which should arrive in March next year. K600 is a non-starter...it ONLY comes with 40mb of memory.

@Tahir Ally,
How much is the V800 on 'Weekender' and 'Talk120'?
I see that the V800 is now listed on the Vodacom website along with the Sharp 902. They are giving the V800 free on 'Business Contract'.
The Sharp is nice, some cool features, but also some crappy features eg. no MP3 ringtones, etc.
It's also not a SE...

It's suprising that no-one including Vodacom's chief propagandist- Tahir- has described the much vaunted 3G service. Will you still be able to surf wap sites? Can you download content outside of the Vodafone Live portal? I'm looking forward to answers.

@Tahir: are u seriously thinking people will pay R15 for a music track when iTunes charges less than a dollar? Thanks for the news on the slashing of data rates by MTN.

@ TAHIR
can we stop advertising here!!!!
@ brix
dats a stupid question... of course u can, i dont think u understand 3g - its a service not a phone all it means is that instead of gprs u can get super fast downloads so whatever u can do with grps u can do 100X faster on 3g ...
but neway my v800!!!!
the best feature for me so far is that if the phone is closed.. u can still take vids and pics!!!! and the victims wont even know they are being filmed!!!!!!
u can see on the external screen ... like a e700 Sam!!!
going to a strip club tonite!!!!!!!!! :) :)
it still has the damn shutter click!!!!!
