Thanks MikLSP......yeah all my videos are in AVI. I've used the 3IVX program and it converted AVI to MP4 sucessfully but I wasn't able to change the file's settings so it can be suited for the PSP. The AVI movie files that I have are compressed at like 180mb and I see some "block noise" during action scenes. I need to find a way to expand these files somehow to take advantage of the PSP's widescreen. Your help is much appreciated guys, thanks.....

Hmm, that slow lap time tells me u've used boost at more optimal times to get the fastest total rather than Hot lap. I shall also try that
