Looks like the guy shooting those photos must've been flying across the globe. The grocery basket is from a German-speaking country (or maybe Amish country?) while the desk photo shows the guy wearing a nametag beloning to The Oregonian newspaper.

Well...
As much as I would like the "watch in palm" picture to be real, there is no way in Hell it is. Come on guys! Anyone who has ever shot a digital picture will realize there is no way a CMOS senor with such a (relatively) minuscule lens could do something like that.
The other ones (car, house, basket) look real but still look a bit too good. Granted, unlike the first ones with the Asian girls, these were shot by daylight, are resized and possibly used the latest firmware, but still, a bit too good to be true. By the way, the one with the "visitor" nametag also looks a bit fake, the setup is too artificial, like a promo shot, but it still could be real.
I just don't understand why someone would take the time and doctor pictures with fake EXIF data. Really. Get a life. |

no, you should get a life. why in hell shouldnt a 5 m.p. camera performs like this. this exif data is true.
how do you know that the exif is false ?

As i said, the last ones you posted could actually be real and would still represent a major leap. In fact i would have never thought a firmware revision could do this much (though it would be nice to download these in real size).
The first one with the watch is clearly from a CCD sensor, it has no typical CMOS noise which we should see especially with those lighting conditions.
Speaking of lighting... I would bet my not-yet-bought k850i that's actually an advertisement for an Omega watch. It looks like a picture from a marketing brochure.
About my "get a life" comment: it was meant for those who would take the time to doctor that Omega watch picture to make us believe it was shot with the k850i. |

i've noticed that K850 has a small hole under the xenon flash, i think it's light for video capturing. if i find a foto which was showing 3 small things like light as most sontericsson mobiles have i'll post it. |

he he he. i ask a guy who works for Nokia support why in hell example N95 didnt have Xenon flash. his answer was, when you video recording, you need the LED lamp who can shine all time when you video recording (a flash cant do that, like you know). i said eeehhhh, ok, see you.
look at k850i. 1st Xenon for pics and 1st LED for video recording. how hard can it be to find that out !!!!! once again, good job

there is absolutely no way we can make judgment unless we see a full sized pic |

i found estimated price 500 us dolars. I bet it would be around that. no way to be more than 500 euros. search youtube.com for live action on k850 to see how the preview model looks but they had locked the autofocus and some applications (reasonaly), but you can see how the media section is and how great it looks. Even media player looks like walkman player 3, this means that i defenately buy it. (i was wondering to buy walkman or Cybershot, cause i was looking for java based walkman player 2 for my k800 (not existing))
