I think these covers are a fake. Take a T39 and compare it to the picture: As far as I can see the speaker holes look slightly different. Somehow the holes at my T39 seem to be more accurately angeled.

Its weird that those fake ones pop up even after so many years. As i recall the seller wrote that the red is a rare generic one

Well, need to say that there are some T39 fake covers here in Ukraine, which's quality is very bad, but i've never seen red ones. Maybe it's painted with car paint? Is there a blue aerial or am i wrong?

Sorry but I think it's NO generic Ericsson cover.
Let's see, what in the auction:
They call it a refurbished T39m, but the box is from T39mc. Well might be, but why they don't tell about it?
The seller tells us something about the colours:
choose the color your want (rare)red/black or blue or white
black?
white?
Sorry, but these colours are NO T39m (or mc) cover-colours and if the seller is really a professional seller (which I think of, because he sells lots of phones) he should kow the real names.
I just want to rembemer to my photostory about these 100% original and refurbished T39m/mc phones:
http://www.my-ericsson.de/galerie/fake_T39
And maybe I'm wrong and the seller got the housings to refurbish the T39m/mc from here: http://www.juketrading.co.uk/erichous.php ? They sell silver T28 housings and black T39 housings.
All looking the same generic as the one on ebay.

@Tigerente,
They have lots of phones for sale just because Hong Kong is a good place for trading, but I would not say that the seller is really professional. |

A few weeks ago I was asked by someone to get him a T39 in Icecap Blue. The only phone I could offer him was the one I used myself every day because I don't give away phones from my collection. Now I've got my new every-day-T39:
I think this one fits better to my nick

Same as me! And I'm from Germany.
Never saw a manual-CD like this. There's a manual and software-CD with R520m but not designed this way.

Yep, afaik it's an us version of T18s. Well it doesn't charge:(. Bought it today with CHA-08 chatboard. Price - 2$ . It's sealed and wasn't opened. Flip was broken and repaired very bad. Glue is everywhere. Don't know works it or not. Battery voltage is 4V, while A1018s charger's output is 7.6V.
