I'm searching a way to zoom in pictures i've taken (not taking !) with my phone and there's apparently no way to do that.

@flylight

The email client in the V800 can send attachments from the memory stick and phone. It can also download them.

in that case I suggest you just start downloading apps for S60, K700 and any other model and just test them
Youb can;t very well expect recommendations from anybody on that

Hmm..Vodafone V800...I was planning to buy it for the UMTS (3G) Thing..But thing was, I looked at it, it's quite big, camera with no zoom, no MIDI maker (Not like I'd use it anyway..But..I would rather SE have their original MIDI maker..With the notes and things..That was good) But..It's impressive...65K external screen...But it's Vodafone branding..And as www.sonyericsson.com has it.."Any Mp3 files as ringtones.." is quite pathetic, seeing that Vodafone restricts the use of ordinary Mp3s. Not all Vodafone countries fully support 3G and must I comment, this is but only the beginning of 3G top of the ice-berg..It would take a few months till 3G full works (Or years) Think about it, it's taken over 10 years to get from 1G to the beginning of 3G, and 2.5 is actually still going. And see, if you brought a V800 now, does everybody else have a 3G phone? No, so you clearly can not use 3G to it's limit as you can with 2.5G phones.

you'd be surprised how many people DO have a 3G phone....... I don't feel particularly limited in that respect

i realised u cant send several pictures via bluetooth in a single go... i found a technique where u can do so... by selecting the pic u wanna send and select remote screen.. and frm there.. any pic u view/select will automatically be sent via bluetooth!! i tried it on a pc.. dunno if phone to phone works or not.

@jukurenvenge... no camera zoom???? where did u get that info from.... mine zooms in really well (wen it isnt dying on me!) and has a music creator/dj thingy on it which is quite easy to use and quite good.... u need to check specs more carefully before posting.... but yeh if u dont know many 3G people then it loses some of its appeal but imho its a good fone even without the 3G parts working 100%....

Just unbrand the thing mate, and all will be alright.

No restrictions regarding setting mp3`s as ringtones etc...

hello, just want to ask someone whether they are able to use the V800 with a regular o2 sim. Now my V800 is fixed i am really enjoying it with voda 3g, but i would also like to use my o2 sim. However it does not work, i get the rather annoying "no calls" icon. However i have ful signal strength and o2 - uk is displayed. Tried switching between 3g and gsm but no change. This leads me to believe it is vodafone's problem. I have even tried flashing it with V802se firmware but no change and yes the voda gsm sim works fine. Voda jon, please explain.....

Because the platform sends bogus messages while charging, that is why!!!..But why this change of heart?..We sense a charger connected, oops, we will not shut down after all!!!..*********************** UI BASIC, HOLD YOUR HORSES
