@Felimenta97 + @DexterMoser
It's IGZO not IZGO
@Felimenta97
Very well spec. except the 7mm... I'm not against it but I know Sony will not do 7mm with that battery inside, if you said 7mm they will put 3000-3300mAh... personally I prefer less than 9mm with larger battery, an extra 2000mAh is better than shaving 2mm !!, I know it's sexy at 7mm, but you can't be satisfied with only few minutes of a super hot baby

I totally agree with you on that!
I'd love to see a real battery monster from Sony.
@BenLing:
Do you have any further information on the Z1s?
What will be different to the Z1?
Edit:
I have to add something to my last post about IGZO (HA!).
Apparently it isn't really up to date.
LTPS seems to do better (low temperature poly silicon) than a-Silicon and IGZO.
And the newest shit is Quantum Dots, so f*k that IGZO Felimenta
quite interesting to read:

XR3 = 50% chance it is correct
XR4 = rumor from known sources
XR5 = almost certainly correct!

I think that sony will probably introduce triluminos and x reality like they did with the Z1 and hopefully also new features like lower power consumption. i bet on 2k in 2015.
yeh I understand is not rushing..
I just wish it appear earlier something like 2H 2014 at IFA ..
in the meanwhile Samsung , Apple , Amazon , Toshiba ... they all made tablets with high resolution ..
and Tech sites will put soo much emphasis in such a feature for Tablets comparsion ..

This did just appear online, although the name, Android version and 4G on-board are but speculations. If this is not fake, it would be an impressive low-end considering the model number is within the low-end range (Xperia L C210X, Xperia C C230X).
