As long as thickness isn't over 10mm I think I'm okay. On the software side Android 4.2 supports lock screen widgets. Has Sony ever removed features included in stock Android. Will they be using this? One thing I don't like on their 4.1 is the animation as you slide from home screen to home screen... Is there a way to disable it? If not I hope they remove it in their 4.2 update, it makes it look laggy... Any info on this?

well if they do put in a xenon flash, it's not like the battery has to be MONSTEROUSLY larger or anything. The battery used in my RX100 is the NP-BX1 and it's only related for 1240mAH. That's something with a more powerful flash than I expect in Honami. If they can put a 3000 - 3500 mAH battery in there, it should work out perfectly. If they go above and beyond and go 4000-5000, I'll wet myself with glee

EDIT.
@JoJotaro:

What if it is over 10mm, but curved back so that it doesn't feel as thick?

As long as it doesn't fell to bulky in my pocket and my hands... Sony's curved designee is really nice when you hold it in landscape

Arc-curved glass, that would make you wet more.

Hmm. I am curious what this super nice design will be all about. What if they did it Walkman Z style?

@vivftp I have a Walkman Z and I can say it feels great in my hands and is really solid. But the paint on the sides is said to chip of easily some say... A tweaked version of this design would be nice to see imo...
Also for the specs it has it runs much better than I would have expected (maybe due to the lack of a skin)...

Yeah, I got a Walkman Z last week... nice little thing! It is sometimes a bit awkward to use one handed and the buttons aren't the best... but still a nice device!

I think it might be a good starting point for a flagship phone. The Walkman Z feels amazing in landscape mode and the little raise in the middle gives the speaker a chance to bouce out instead of being muffled into whatever the device is sitting on.

    Will the Honami use Dual LED Plasma flash?

    Will the Honami use WhiteMagic technology in its display?

    Is the Dogo screen definitely 4.65" or is it 4.7" ?

    Is the Dogo definitely Xperia ZR instead of Xperia A?

I guess it's my turn.

Nightwing, stop asking the same frickin' questions over and over.

If someone wants to answer your questions, they will do so. Stop spamming and if someone who is informed is kind enough to answer your questions thank them and move on.
