@moogoo! I am not sure yet. I see the style cover is £55 or thereabouts. I have seen some on Amazon and other sites. I will take a look on the Japanese Sony, Docomo and AU sites.
I wish the UK had more colours. I see Japan has white, black and purple.

I don't think the Style Cover cases got good reviews, from what I read, not for the price anyway.
@moogoo I think it'll be my next big purchase. I've just ordered and eMTB, getting delivered in a few weeks.

Maybe East Asia to be specific. Because Asia-Pacific includes Southeast Asia where Xperia has technically has no more presence. |

Just had an email about my pre-order....
Thank you for ordering on Sony EMEA. The release date for the preorder product has changed. The product listed below will now be available on 31 July 2020.
O2 website also showing delayed.... but Clove Technology say that have stock..

I think in this case they consider Pacific Asia as China, Japan, HK, Taiwan and Koreas.
Sort of "north pacific asia". |

Oh no! that sucks! I wonder why they are delaying it? Preorders should be fulfilled and if they ran out of stock, the 2nd batch of orders can be delayed. that is even a LATER date than here in the states (July 24).
I have decided I will place my preorder.. sadly, for the black since it's my only choice.
@goldenface - nice! Great bike too. Didn't know you were a serious mountain biker. I've never tried an eMTB though. Congrats on that purchase!

Just want to know
the USA version, is it not gonna have 5G support at all , or it's just not gonna work there?
So if I ordered from B&H, am I gonna be able to use the 5G, as I live outside the USA and our network is supported.
or shall I change the firmware to activate it?

Sony sent me a message --
Hi, we apologise that information with incorrect delivery dates due to a system error was sent to our customers who have pre-ordered Xperia 1 II. We would like to reassure our pre-order customers that their Xperia 1 II will ship from end June as expected.
The Xperia Partner site stated from today 18th June and now the site shows the style cover is free not the headphones!
update - I received a new email stating shipping date is now 25th June.

I think if you go to Europe, your phone will connect to 5G.
