@Aware
Thanks mate, I missed that mock up I think.
The one that batesie posted at the top of the page with the black screen surrounds looks fooking ace. I hope that version is released. No doubt if there is enough demand, housings might appear on eBay.

Well, what can I say!??
Only what I haven't already said, really! And that is...SE may have made a few bad decisions recently, but T650 definitely isn't one of them! And finally, now everyone else can enjoy the device, in whatever colour.....
(Did I mention already, that it's only 12 screws to disassemble?? )
Haven't enjoyed an SE(non-smartphone) this much, since my S700(last non-branded(:w:/cybershot)SE I owned)....

My brother works in CPW so if they are in store now I will have a chance to have a look at the special screen etc. I wonder what discount CPW staff are allowed.

S700 wasn't cybershot btw, but SHOULD've been the first really.
T650 with the Black Top / Black Tie Affair (sure I used this with the Bond K800; but its more fitting here), is MY kinda phone.
Still wish it had more memory after boot than just 12/16MB.
@Aware, how much memory on phone do you have after a full powercycle?

If you read out the brackets, I was trying to say that S700 was the last non-branded phone I owned(between then and now: W800(x3), K800, W880 - all branded)....
And default phones will have ~16mb, due to the pre-programmed tones, demo tour, etc.....of course delete/move them, you'll end up with ~18mb!
However, I can cheat(being a systems administrator)......and my phone has ~20mb free.......

To those who have one, could they do me a massive favour and tell me if it works with the MXE-60 Flash? I'd really love it if this worked with it, going to wait until Xmas when the Pre-Pay wars on it begin, but still I'd love to know
My opinions on this forum are that of my own and not of the company I work for. |

I'll see if I can get hold of an MXE-60 to test!

Im officially bored of playing with the virtual phone on the Sony site
I get so impatient when it comes to phones.
Any predictions out there for when O2 are going to be carrying this, when i phone they seem to deny all knowledge of its existence |
