@Bjerkebanen, can i suggest a tempoary change of diet.
Eat brazil nuts (about 5 a day),
If you can get Malt loaf (sometimes called Malt bread) cut slices & heavily butter them, eat 4 slices(half the loaf) late at night.
Final a cup or mug of full cream cows milk (if your family dont have a cow indoors it can be found at food shops).
If you are feeling VERY experimental you can put smooth peanut butter on the malt loaf slices after lightly toasting it.
WARNING, on this diet you will have too much energy & chat to gorgeous women & get laid alot. |
