apparently, america doesn't understand islam, except in rhetoric or text books.
from grand strategy's points of view, iraq is not a victory. it's a severe, tremenjis blow. it has paved the boulevard for "shia connection" from tehran to damascus. for however evil saddam hussein was, he had played his role as a buffer for the connection - as a good, thankful western apprentice. it's a mere veteran (of the fist gulf war)'s war. [citation needed]
shia, as we know, is more organized, more militant, and well funded than their comrades sunni, and is deeply rooted in mesopotamia. it is said [who?], to shut up a sunni resistance, you only need to take off the leaders and bribe the rest.
i'm of a humble opinion we're not only givin up afghanistan but also creating (at least taking part in creating) future formidable enemy, a grand shia belt, that is, from rawalpindi up till damascus. and omg, what under the son am i rambling about.

Very true words, a must read:
We’re Football Crazy We’re Football Mad!
We never miss the beginning of ‘The Match of the Day’, but are we there for the beginning of the Salaah?
We are always there for the kick off, but are we there for the first takbeer?
We never miss the goals, but ever wonder how many rakaats we miss?
We spend happily for our teams' replica kit, but how much do we spend in charity?
How many times have we missed our salaah while the game was on, so we don’t miss any of the action?
How many times have we missed salaah because an important match was on?
How many times did we offer salaah during the dying final few minutes, because the game was too good to miss?
How many 90 minutes of football have we watched during a season, but how many hours did we spend making ibaadah in the masjid?
How many rakaats were spent thinking of the last match, instead of the last day?
So when our final whistle is blown (death), there will be no extra time, no replays, only a penalty shoot out in the grave:
1) Who is your sustainer?
2) What is your religion?
3) What do you say about this man (Prophet SAW)?
& then four questions in the Hereafter regarding:
How one spent one’s wealth?
How one spent one’s life?
How one spent one’s youth?
How did one use one’s knowledge?
Then we will know how our season has been…
WILL WE BE RELEGATED TO HELL OR PROMOTED TO HEAVEN?
So before next season, let us ponder over our actions & make the next one for our future, the future that we all want deep down, the future with Allah swt…
