Rumours going round that o2 and Vodafone won't be getting this phone in the UK
Yep I talked to O2 and they said they had no plans to have the phone within the next two months? I think its the same case with T-mobile although I don't know about Vodafone. Pretty frustrating but guess it means we have to make do with a simfree one. |

Hi!
Is it possible to open .sis files with SE G900? |

@Del,
Yep I've decided to keep my pre-order, was thinking of the HTC Touch Diamond but can't get over the crappy looking Windows. And as the G900 has the same base OS as the P990 and P1i I would think all the sat nav software will work like Tom Tom which I currently use on my P1i. |

New to UIQ, etc. etc. - something I can't find.
How am I supposed to listen to streaming audio (i.e. internet radio) with my G900? Opera Mobile just seems to open the playlist files, and I can't find any way to open streams from within the media application.
Or am I assuming too much to hope that the media player in a 3G/wifi smartphone would support streaming out-of-the-box in 2008? |

im not sure when it will be released(maybe >500 knows more then me..).. but ive imported mine(im from melbourne)
and you could possibly do the same if your intending to buy it outright, if not you might have to wait a while as no store has any mention of the g900
Biggest thing now coming next thursday/friday to melbourne is the iphone 3g..

go into menu -settings-general - text input- on screen keyboard
choose 'english on-screen keyboard'
if it doesnt exist choose 'chinese on screen keybaord'
save
then go back one select input mode - set as: handwriting & keybaord.

It appears as if I've busted my touchscreen, I sent an SMS in the rain and now it's dead. Anyone know where I can buy a new screen? |

Is the touchscreen is that sensitive? |
