Poll (K750 or W800?) |

When considering the two phones, think about their release dates... K750i in Q2 and W800 in Q3. Could you NOT buy the K750i when it is released and then wait, say, four months and then buy the W800..?
Buying the K750i in Q2 and selling it when the W800 is released (Q3)seems just stupid, considering the almost identical specs.

Have spent some time on the site looking at both of them the w800 is cute but have to say the K750 has now won my vote.

Is the 512MB limit true to the W800i? I'd go for the K750i.

Feature wise they seem very similar. I wouldn't be surprised if you could flash either way, that's if their firmware is not identical to start with... which also wouldn't surprise me! They look to be aiming the same phone at different markets, w800 for the youth and k750 for the professional.
Looks wise I'm not decided, will have to see them in the flesh. Always been disappointed when I've first seen the pics of SE phones. I remember being disappointed the first time I saw the T68i in a pic but was sold when I physically saw it, same for T610!
From looking at the current pics, I really like the camera side of the w800, but don't like the silver buttons on the front, they don't seem to go with the white body, as shown here:

I really like the front of the black k750, but the back doesn't do it for me. The black and silver don't seem to work together plus the lens cover is so big, looks out of place.
The back doesn't look so bad on the silver k750 as everything is silver and blends in but the front looks awful. Whats with the black border round the screeen. If they left it all siver it would have looked great!
I'm sure if I had a model in my hand I would change my mind! As it stands I'll prob go with the black k750 and maybe flash it to a w800 3 months after ! |

W800 is absolutely beautyfull, simply adorable...........but perhaps a litle to adorable (read girlish) for a grown man like me - dont think it will go really well with my black suit - guess it will have to be the K750 for me
I do love both models though, maybe Ill just get them both, one to match my black suit, and the other for those relaxed moments in the sun

k750! Who needs an orange phone? (but I like the camera side of the w800 better I think...) |

clearly the k750i, I think that the camera side of the k750 looks much better than the w800, and its color is much more classy. |

Neither. None of them are significantly different from my k700. I skipped the t610 when i had my t68. I'll wait for the next generation

262k colorscreen vs. 65k
2mp camera with autofocus vs VGA
Memoryslot and "endless" Duo Pro support vs 41mb fixed memory
Real USB connection for high speed transfer vs serial or BT connection
Full Screen landscape Videoplayback
Finally Userselectable sms alert with mp3 support
Storage for 500 contacts with all items filled vs 510 items only
Recurring calendar entries
Better keypad
etc. etc.
Maybe not significant changes ? but still more or less everything that people have wished for to perfect the K700. Imho, its a worthy successor to the K700, even if its not a completely new generation.
