hey ascii gurl if u want pics to be viewed on pc the best resolution is 1280 as this resolution activates the megapixel of the cam... ill post the script from the official developer white paper....
Megapixel
The Extended camera option means that pictures
are enlarged to 1280x960 pixels. The megapixel
format is ideal for printing pictures.
Image formats
The camera is able to send pictures in the following
resolutions:
Small - QQVGA (160 x 120 pixels)
• Medium - QVGA (320 x 240 pixels)
• Large - VGA (640 x 480 pixels)
• Extended - Megapixel (1280 x 960 pixels)
i hope this helps...... if u want the white paper pm me ur e-mail address and i'll mail it to u.

I've had this phone for a 2 weeks now, I have to charge all the time cos of its poor battery conservation despite the fact that i've upgraded to R2AE003 firmware. I'm really pissed off with this phone for the poor battery and lack of expandable memory otherwise, every other feature k700i has is really nice.
Pls @all, which battery lasts longer, li-ion bst 30 or bst-35 li- polymer and what are their charging time and mah ratings?

Iv'e just got my K700i, well, actually on Tues but it's taken vodafone UK till today to transfer my number from o2 - see my whine here:
http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=52690&start=360
I started out with a t68 and then a T610. I have to say that the K700i is superb: I thought the T610 was a massive leap up from the t68 but this is better still My only gripe is the lack of card expansion but as I don't intend to use it as an mp3 player I dn't think this will be a problem.
I've noticed java games are way faster and there are many more compatible ones. And animated themes! Love them - got a Star Trek theme at the moment with good ol' Kirk flashing up on the LCARS console. Love it!!
My only worry is battery life - been reading a lot of what you guys are saying. Hmmm, we'll have to see how it goes.
If any of you here are Mac users, be sure to check out the Mac/SE [sticky] thread in the General forum.
On a final note, I know a lot of you don't seem very happy with vodafone branding. Well, so far, I have to say I prefer it to o2 - it was certainly easier to set up email and the vodafone live settings were fully functional as soon as my sim was activated. Oh well, time will tell!
