Yellow-Hollow... they are not the same, T68m needs a filesystem upgrade part from the new software. It will be like the upgrade from R380s to R380e software.

Mine is red.
It's also the DOCH version (much better performance  ) and 131hp.
It's really fun to drive.. I didn't think it would be so fun actually.
Everything is electric.. pretty good.. but not so funny when it malfunctions, but everything works at the moment
I don't know if mine says Mazda at the front.. but probably it does.
What Mazda logo do you have? I have the diamond..

The best car I've ever had too, and it's my second!
I'm not sure how the Mazda-logo looks, have never really studied it. I've only noticed that the logo on the front of the 323F's older than 92 is the word "Mazda", while newer ones have Mazda's logo in the grill. This can probably be changed, some Mazda's have no logo at all!
On mine everything is electric too, and nothing's broken yet! And hopefully nothing will break!
Hope you enjoy your 323F, as much as I do, it's a damn fine car!
And drive carefully!

orang3> I don't know when the software is going to be released. I don't even know the date here in sweden. It is not decided yet.. there is only a preliminary release month.. and that is may.. end of may.

Don't know much about wap 2.0.. but your probably right.
The upgrade is put in to the phone by connecting a device to the phone, into the holes where you usually put youre mp3 player, communicam or so. The upgrade takes about 20 minutes.. much information! It can't be downloaded via wap.. no possibility.
It doesn't matter if youre phone is made in malaysia or in sweden, it's how it is put together. Sometimes swedish-made phones gets screwed up, sometimes malaysian. It happens.. but there is no specific difference between phones put together in Malaysia or in sweden.

The software I have was NOT finished earlier than the t68i software.
The software I have for T68m was finished this year.

After setting bluetooth to "on" and searchable, and swtiching on IR, and after playing every game a couple of times, I only lost 2 hours standby (from 27h to 25h), so I guess it's normal battery life, and that the software isn't more power consuming. |

Before I was pretty satisfied with the (old) software, but I longed for the new mms upgrade. Not because of the mms, but mostly beacuse of the lagre picture book, and the imelody composer and faster t9.
But there are so many new things that I didn't know of that just makes you wonder how much memory it really has.. and will I ever be able to forget this phone when newer and better phones comes out?
hehe.. the answer to the last question is no. The new software will make youre buddies wanna be youre slave, just so they can try it out for a few more seconds.
But with that said, I'm not saying that everything is perfect... sadly.
We all have different taste and different demands. I couldn't be more happy about my phone.
The small things that I don't like with the new software are too small to be nagging about.
·I liked the beep sound the phone made before when calling, now, there is no sound .
·I liked to have the sms counter in shortcuts.. can't find it.. or maybe it's just too late.. =/
·I liked snake.. nuff said
·The new sms tone isn't too good.. it's fun, but it would be better i you could be able to choose between different tones.
·The screensaver should be shown a bit longer.. but you can look at it how long as you want if you just go to youre pictures, so that's not really a problem
That's what I can think of at the moment that I miss..
But..
·I love the new melody composer, har to compose actually, there's too many options to choose from!
·I love mms (before I didn't care about mms, that was before I saw it!)
·I love the screensaver option
·I love the themes
·I love the new sms system. You can choose to center text, underline, bold, small letter, big letters.. just like in word
·I like the new icons
·I love the ability to have well over 50 different backgrouds/pictures stored in the phone
·I like the new calendar system. There's a new option, if you just want to make a note. This option can also be reached from the options menu when on the first screen.
·I love all the new options avaliable when you press the options button here and there
·I love the ability to have a picture on contacts in phonebook.
·I just love it all! =)
Of course, theres always things you can nag about, but I don't see the point actually.. it's a phone. Not a computer or something..
When the software comes out, you will post things that bug you.. but generally.. I would say it is almost perfect.
No bugs.. so far
Just small things that maybe I dislike, but many others like.
I very personal.

But I've read something about that.. you can tell which year a mazda was developed by looking at the logo.
Where it's placed, how it looks, if there is any.
Then you can tell if it's one of the early 323f's if the wing isn't the same colour as the car (xept the black ones).
But of couse.. you can buy a new grill, and get a new mazda logo, and you can paint or change youre wing.
But anyaway.. there are a lot of different 323f's that look the same.
I think thre's about five different f models, that look pretty much the same.
Hehe.. let's hope the electric parts lives long
But then again.. there's nothing wrong with opening the sunroof with an insexkey

man i am yealous too... still 4 weeks left for the mass to get the software u have.... Why is SE treating us like this.... this ain't right...FUCK SE POLICY... They delivered us half the functions and after 7 months we are supposed to be happy that SE changed his minds. I think if ESATO didn't exist, we wouldn't get the mms upgrade at all.... f**k SE POLICY! |
