and that is why the world is such a happy place !!!! ...if it wasnt for certain politicians but we'll not beat about a Bush here !!! yes tastes matter ..and thats why Ericsson are the best ..'cos people have taste !!
i still love the early Erics ..my I888 was amazing at the time ..and still is but a limited screen for text and my mum uses my r520 and thinks it so chic with it's chrome front ...beauty is in the eye of the beholder !!! obviously otherwise Nokia would never sell !!!!!! |

Just before christmas the T610 was supposed to be on the CarphoneWarehouse.ie site on Vodafone Ready To Go for about €240. Has anybody heard any more about when it is coming out and what price? |

Hey,
I am looking to upgrade the firmware on my Z600 to get rid of the Vodafone crap. Does anyone know anywhere I can get it done outside of dublin?? Preferable in Cork Limerick or Galway.
Cheers.

dave ...I'm sure there maybe a code for getting rid of the vodafone crap or some trick ...I'll bet someone may have tried in the UK ...if you search the UK thread I'll bet there is some way without having to send it off ??? |

Have a look at these 2 threads. But it looks like it is a firmware issue and cannot be fixed by inputting a code.

Give CarPhoneWarehouse a call and see if they may be of some help. And it might be worthwhile to call any service centres in your area as well. I think MPRC in Sandyford, Dublin may be able to do it, but not sure.
Good luck with it and if you do get it sorted let us all know.....
