Ive been with globe for almost 7 years with average monthly bill of 2.5k and i was give a N3510 as a loyalty award last nov. with another 2 years contract. I terminate my globe already with 10k penalty, but havent seen the final billing yet, I have a friend who terminated his contract last year until now he didnt pay the penalty, i will not pay also until they send collection notice from an attorney hehe. I also have a Smart gold line for 2 years and they gave me a new phone SPVx. see the difference N3510 vs SPVx 7years vs 2 years.....

kung mag ko-complain kayo sa Globe, address your complaints to Manny Alegada. He's the Vice President for Customer Service.

ewan ko lang kung pansinin kayo dahil ako hindi, with written, email, and fax complaints, walang reply.

At least Globe csr's is the lesser of 2 evils: Some Citibank telemarketers are liars and inutile They're all surnamed Santos Wilson Santos, Jasmine Santos...etc. They asked me to submit the same friggin' documents again and again. Boooooool shehht (peram Ronaldo Valdez, 'Til there was you' )
@jack: related ka ba sa kanila?

Aba, dami ng hinabol ko ah... kahapon lang ako nag check, tas na-archive pa ang iba, tas WALA paring ESATO via WAP.... Mukhang seryoso ang usapan... At hindi love-life! nyehehehe...

As I told Scythe last night via sms, we have the following issues:
1. Censorship of WAP sites - for BOTH free and PAID service. If their premise is the blocking of porno wap sites, then definiely its arguable since other non-porno sites like esato are included as well.
2. MORE IMPORTANTLY, Globe unable to inform its subscribers PRIOR to their change of service. Kahit na sa VAS yan, they have the obligation if they would provide (or rather limit) their service to their subscribers. Kagaya ng pagdecrease ng ree txt allocations. Although part pf VAS, they should inform us of this change. EVEN if it was indeed a network-related problem, they should have HAD made a public statement of this problem ASAP... again, historically like what happened year ago when their SMS service also konked up.
3. Bugging Globe CRSs have little effect. Thats what they do for a living - eat consumers' trash, and throw them at the garbage in a whim... We need to mobilize other forms of public statements. Ive seen other pinoy forums crying foul as well... EDSA na!!!

Lastly, I refuse to agree people saying "Beggars cant be choosers." On the first place, we are not the beggars but choosed and pay them instead. I prefer this statement, "Kung ayaw mo, umalis ka!" Lets see who will beg and sprinkle us with juicy offers (N3315???) just to retain our subscriptions.
