No Ghosting...Very fast menu...Batt life is better i think than the the T68 , i left wed night for london and only had my USB charger but using it for a lot of calls in londons poor network, and quite a few SMS messages I arrived back in Dubai this morning having not charged it and still with lots of power >30% still left in the phone, if this had been my T68i then I would not have been able to call my wife from the airport to let her know that I was just getting into the Taxi and would be home in 30mins...

@NoBackUp: Whats the lastest price for the SE T610 in Dubia, is it still 1499? I was wondering if you could find the cheapest price for them, doesnt have to have warranty etc, just new, boxed etc. I'm thinking of getting at least 5 (wholesale prices), i'm willing to pay 6481 Dirham for 5 (Equals to about 1300 for one). So, i was wondering if you could check prices with the shops, check the markets etc not just the big stores. I would be really grateful and so would the people here, who would be interested in buying from me.
I dont want to waste a journey if i cant get them for a good price, why didnt you say you were coming to London earlier mate? I would have bought a few off you, you coming again? Thanks anyway for any help you can give. [addsig]

@T68iKING

sorry but at the moment only Axiom carries the phone and they add about 200 AED to the cost , just because they can!!!. If I take the P800 which was also avail here BEFORE XMAS they charged 2950 on the first day about 2 weeks after that the rest of the market got the phone which is now widely avail for 2400. So I guess by the time it is avail in the UK on the open market it will be avail here for around 1100-1200 AED ....

There are bugs it hangs if you are FTPing via BT and a call comes in..also the Hissing during a call (only via the loundspeaker not handsfree) is getting to be a pain, also they made it too easy to get online (WAP) which has now replaced my "in the pocket pressed the button by mistake call" , which pleases the first person in my contact list but not my phone bill)

The menu and sms is way fast ...the screen pulses during charging and if you have a BT transfer going on...

The Plastic is way to soft scratches now after a week and my T68i had none after 6 months... The plastic cover for the screen is too shiny !....the alarm is too soft...dont hear it go off in the morning my t68 was my prime alarm clock. the whole phone sloooows down when it is playing sound...i.e. you nearly have to wait for the sms tone to finish before you can have alook , or wait for a quite period in your ringtone before you can "accept" a call...but I thing these issues can mostly be fixed with an update...

I noticed this topic is a few weeks old so was wondering if the prices of the T610 have dropped yet?
I am flying to the airport in Dubai in July for a flight changeover, so was wondering whether i could get one from the airport and how much?

Many thanks, Ben

By the time of july i guess they will be widely avaliable at the airport i guess. Price might yet be in the Dhs 1400-1500 range i feel. Dont see it dropping so fast.

The phones were out of stock till today, but today some new stock had come into Axiom. Doono if they have the hiss problem or no.
