Don't know where to find that on a Nokia. Anyway as far as looks,feel and performance it really is my dream phone. Might wait a while for price drop and newer batches.

Crap, that sucks, Bono, nothing worse than a defective screen, that is one of the primary parts that should be in perfect working order on a modern smartphone.
Hopefully your next one won't have the issue.
Is it a widespread issue? And is it hardware related? I remember I read of a Screen issue on the 930 that was easily fixed in its Display settings.

Well,I read today someone else had same issue white streaks but it isn't the purple tint. Looks like early batches bad screens am sure it will be better in later models

I like the green as well.. but according to the latest survey in the USofA, color is not that important to people ... I disagree

The Lumia range of green and orange the colours are very bright and striking I've always loved them. Nokia did research and they said green and orange were favourite colours. Still wish they did Cyan

^ I am sure they will bring Cyan back at some point.. I think it debuted on the N9, so its been a while.
Also, there probably do some research on color...
the orange looks great in person by the way. |
