@fizzbit

no, it's not. you can upload mp3 files straight to your phone using the PC suite and sync station provided.

I've done it

I've had mine for about 3 weeks now and it's fantastic. I'm the first to be critical but I can't find anything to complain about(!) - except the fact that I did a factory reset cos my GPRS wasnt' working properly and when I tried to restore my backup it wouldn't let me. That took a few days to sort out

But........it's a great phone and anyone who tells you otherwise doesn't know what they're on about.

A couple of applications you have to download when you get the phone:

Handy Day - calendar/task manager/organiser tool.
Opera - alternative internet browser to pre-installed one, which is crap!
IR TV Remote - the piece de resistance. Control your TV from your P800 (only available in Beta test mode at present)

Hope some of that's useful!

@Matai...at the bottom right side corner oh Handy Day, click on d icon that looks like a P800 and a wrench. Look for Task List.

p800.. is it worth buying? do you think that this phone will lower its price after 3 months here in the phils.?

The P800 has been out here for 3 months... doesn't over-price their phones like Nokia, so prices don't go down that much... if ever it'll go down by a few hundred or a thousand...but that's about it.

hi guys,

i'm a newbee. i have a T68i and i'm planning to buy the P800 but i'm a little bit hesitant though. I'm so used using the T68i's joystick (i find it very convenient). will the jogdial compensate for this and where is it located? or will i use the stylus as the joystick? hope you can help me out. thanks.
