Apart from combing GSM and CDMA to make it a world phone and upgrading to bluetooth 4.0 its a whole more more about the icloud/music match/Siri/wireless sync and integrating that all into iOS5.
So this year it is much more about usability and software based features than it is about hardware features. The processor power and camera changes just make these all the more slicker to use.
I won't be queing for it but I'll certinaly be online on Friday pre-ordering

Apple are just getting really annoying now with their endless harping on about how amazing and brilliant they are well I'm glad I'm not one of those who gets suckered into their hyperbole.I wasn't impressed with with the original iPhone 4 and I'm certainly not impressed with this new offering either can anyone tell me why they didn't change the hardware design?after all they made a lot of internal changes so fresh design would have made a lot iPhone fans happy. |

Unless you are really interested in the camera I don't understand why anyone would want to upgrade from the iphone4.
Had a look at a camera samples on the Apple website, bear in mind these are not "in real life situation" photos, still a lot of noise (maybe not as much as there Arc  ) and still nothing mind blowing either compared to the iPhone 4. |

Same as the iPhone 4 thou Bono, and detail gets mudded out close up, look at the water splashing over the rock one, the detail almost looks like a painting. I don't think this is Exmor R unless it's Apple's post processing.
SGS2 camera much better.

thats only reactional and not really indiciative. the stock closed at 372.50 which was around 1/2% down.
Tomorrow might be a different story though...

no I meant the market might react further negatively which would be more indiciative of the trend than a short burst following an announcement. I've spent the last 18 months at New York Stock Exchange (although on the derivatives side) and before that various other exchanges doing Bonds and Shares etc for 15 years or so, so I've seen alot of this behaviour
often these kinds of knee jerk reactions come from investors who don't appreciate the long term prospects of the share market and they get jittery, but Apple is definitly a reliable long term earner these days as seen by their market capitalisation
